1 mile from Attitash Mountain, 3 miles from Story Land. This condo is in a fantastic location just minutes away from downtown North Conway. Come enjoy the indoor pool and party sized hot tub after a day of hitting the hiking trails in the summer or slopes in the winter.

Other onsite amenities include:

- Club house with indoor pool, sauna, ping pong table and arcade
- Walking trails
- Outdoor grilling
- Basketball and tennis courts
- Wiffleball field
- Pond for ice skating
- Fire pit
The space
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located directly across from Clubhouse. Clubhouse amenities include pool, hot tub, game room, and workout equipment.

Master bedroom includes a king size bed, twin bed, twin trundle bed, as well as an en suite bathroom. Second bedroom includes a queen size bed and bunk bed. TVs with Roku in the living room and in both bedrooms.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Due to Covid-19, the Clubhouse is temporarily closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All other days will require reservation.

Worth money paid

Initial impression (when entering the house) was bad, but the basement-like apartment appeared to be advantageous during the summer. Inside very well equipped kitchen with a lots of kitchenware and utensils. AC units very powerful. Many extra beds for emergency cases. Cons: ants found in the bedroom, door requiring repair. Overall anyway better than many other places.

Motorcycle trip

House was just right for the 4 of us. The clubhouse was nice to come back to after riding all day & could use the pool/hot tub. Each couple having their own bathroom is a bonus. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

We had to cancel our entire Christmas vacation because Southwest Airlines cancelled our flights.

I contacted the owner from the airport and again when we got home that night and the next day to let him know we were stuck in the Memphis airport. He responded with a pasted response about Vrbo's strict cancellation policy, so NO REFUND! The rental car company did refund our $800, but NOT VRBO!!! This was in no way our fault and we have lost 1000's of dollars, not to mention spending Christmas Day in an airport (5 adults and 3 children), and NO CHRISTMAS VACATION! I would have thought you would have at least tried to work something out!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Fall Getaway

The place was great for a girls weekend. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved having the club house to go take a dip and use the hot tub and sauna!

Great place

The space is very nice lots of room and convenient location. Everything was overall clean, great water pressure in the shower. Felt very comfortable but getting into the place took some effort. Would recommend

Family vacation

We have stayed at the seasons many times. Highly recommended! We had never stayed at this unit but it was nice and cozy. Downfall check to make sure if you need towels. Most units supply them. Ours did not. The pool chemicals were very strong. Beautiful place nice people!

Our stay

Check in and check out was a bit rocky but the place was in a great location with lots to do. It was clean and spacious and fit our family of 8 perfectly.

Host was very accommodating and responsive in advance of the stay and even offered early check in since it was empty! Highly recommend!

I love the proximity to all of the local mountains. North Conway is a great ski town with plenty to do. Whether it be hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, or driving around leaf peeping you'll never run out of things to do.
