Guest Access

Outside of the condo, guests will have access to the shared deck alongside the ski trail, including the electric grill, as well as the shared/paid laundry room.

For a fee, our guests can access the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool at the Christmas Farm Inn, 6 miles up the road in Jackson. Day passes are $20/person, or $50/family.

• The loft bedroom does not have a door or a closet
• No smoking

• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old

Weekend Getaway

Jim's place is adorable, cute little spot in the perfect location. Just outside the tourist area, great views, easy in and out. Was decorated adorably and was the perfect place for a little getaway. Great weekend spot!

Jim was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. Lift Haus was immaculate upon arrival albeit slightly difficult to initially find the entrance. Excellent accommodations from the comfy bed, couch, and fireplace after a day on the slopes. Unbelievably close to the trail for quick access to the lifts and would absolutely book again!

Cozy and clean

Property was well cared for and modern looking. Perfect accomodations for a quick ski trip with my family of 4. Access to the ski slope is right out the door so it removes the hassle of carrying all the equipment into the lodge while trying to keep the kids on task.

Perfect Attitash getaway

This is a beautiful, newly renovated slope-side condo. Very clean and the fireplace is incredible! The property owner is excellent at communicating and helped me with any questions that I had. Washer and dryer in the basement which are also new and did a good job cleaning. The beds are very comfortable and the same with the couch/ bed. Lovely wood furniture and cool lamps. We will definitely be back!

Adorable and cozy unit

We stayed at this condo for a weekend and had a great time. Like the listing states, it’s not the largest unit, but we found the space in the common areas (kitchen, dining, living rooms) spacious enough for our needs. If you’re interested in skiing at Attitash, the location is amazing. We didn’t ski, but my kids loved seeing the skiers on the trail right outside. Location is close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and other attractions.Whenever we had questions, Jim the owner was really responsive and helped with anything we needed. Highly recommend staying at this unit!

Perfect Attitash Location for Family

The building is slopeside at Attitash with easy parking to unload and come and go. The unit it beautifully redone and so clean. They provided everything to maintain a clean space as well as upscale bathroom and kitchen amenities. The kids loved the loft space and we truly enjoyed the living room and kitchen area with the fireplace after a long day outside. Jim was extremely responsive and helpful. It was so easy to check in and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It was so convenient for skiing. My boys 14, 12 loved being able to ski in/out when they wanted. The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Better than the Best

Look no further because nothing can compare to Lift Haus. It is AMAZING! We were able to hit the slopes of Attitash right from the building and had the luxury of stopping in for lunch and taking breaks at the house whenever we felt like it. The condo is immaculate and we loved the Norwegian design. We live in Portland and will definitely stay there again because we are spoiled now and nothing else will compare. Thank you Jim for being so quick to respond to my questions and for sharing the Lift Haus with us!

Fantastic! True ski in / ski out experience!

We had a great time with our family at the Lift Haus! The property is recently renovated and exceptionally well maintained. Jim was very responsive and communicative with us and it was very easy to check in and out with the front door code, no need for keys. The property is literally right on the slope, just a few feet from the bottom of the Saco trail and just a short ski down to the base lodge. This made it incredibly convenient to access the ski area without having to wait in any lines or deal with parking at all. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Hi, I'm Jim! My wife, Bri, & I purchased a little slice of mountain paradise, Summit Vista, in 2020, and began hosting. In 2023, we added Lift Haus, a beautiful trailside condo at Attitash.

Along with our 2 children, Keely & Brodie, we live in the coastal town of Scituate, MA, but head north to ski, ride, hike, and enjoy the White Mountains any chance we get. Come visit Summit Vista & Lift Haus, and see why we love the White Mountains!

When we saw a newly renovated, ski-in/ski-out property hit the market, we dropped everything to get it. Nothing beats waking up at the mountain, with nothing planned outside of having a great day!

There's a big difference between being near the mountain, and on the mountain. Not having to drive, park, or pack makes a huge difference. Its also so nice coming back to a new condo, where everything is clean, and works!
