The Restful Retreat- Sleeps 6 Duke UNC Chapel Hill, Pet Friendly

In a quaint condo community you will find the Restful Retreat. It’s a modern corner unit, one floor condo with vaulted ceilings great light and with plenty of room to relax and recharge. Work from home in the office area or work from the sun room den area with comfy oversized chairs to sit in. Stay for a few days, a week or a month we have a fully stocked kitchen, two sitting areas , 2 baths and 2 bedrooms , bonus area and an office area, porch and WiFi and laundry area so it will be a comfortable stay no matter how long you are visiting. The king bedroom suite, has its own bath , ceiling fan and smart tv along with a large wall in closet! The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan tv and desk with a large closet, The bonus room has a sitting area and a queen bed. The Restful Retreat is pet friendly so bring your fur babies! There is a pet walk area for your convenience and small yard next tothe unit since it’s an end unit. There are 2 designated parking spots with permits for your convenience makes it easy to park for the unit. Close to Duke 8 to 10 min and UNC chapel hill, only about 10 minutes from Downtown Durham, 20 minutes to RTP and the Raleigh-Durham International airport. The Restful Retreat is in a prime location. Also, Shopping ahd restaurants are just around the corner and Southpoint mall is a 10 minute drive along with many wonderful trails to enjoy and explore! The Restful Retreat is a modern gem ready for your friends and family to enjoy!!!

Great location to visit Duke University

The house worked out really well for our family. I am glad we didn't need that 3rd bed on the stay because there were no curtains on the slider door so it would not have been very private. The living room is very pretty but the couch is not comfortable.

Exactly as Listed

This condo was clean, and as advertised. The main king bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The manager was very responsive. The internet was overall good with some small lapses for a minute or two. I would recommend staying here.

Exceeded expectations

I booked this place for my parents while they were visiting us in Durham. My mother can be quite the critic when it comes to her lodging accommodations. She couldn't have been more impressed with this property—especially how clean it was. 10/10 from mom; would highly recommend!

A very restful retreat

The condo is a great place to stay in Durham. It is quiet and peaceful. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Also a nice neighborhood to walk your dog. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet and Convenient

This was a great spot for our weekend concert getaway! The complex where this property is located is very quiet and calm and makes it easy to get anywhere in Durham or Chapel Hill. House is very nicely renovated and had everything we needed. Comfy and quiet and convenient, just what we were looking for!

2nd Awesome Visit

This was our second time staying at this property and everything was great. Stacy is awesome with communication and checking on you during your stay. The property is as described, clean and cozy. This is a perfect spot for us to stay when we visit our student at UNC. Close enough to everything but just far enough out that you are not in the masses during home games. :) This remains our first choice for our visits.

This was a cozy little condo tucked in a quiet neighborhood. All listing references were accurate. Check in and out was very smooth. Communication with host quick, efficient and polite. Weekend stay

We were there with my parents for my nieces wedding. Everything was exactly as shown and Stacy was an awesome host. Great communication and quick to respond to any questions. Great location also! Will definitely book again if need in the area!
