About this space
Close to Northrop, Edwards AFB, and more. Complete: Tv, internet, kitchenware, and anything else. Make this your home away from home and make some cool memories. Only 10 min drive to Walmart, stores, and shopping but secluded enough for some peace. There are Farm animals & a dog, so please don’t open any gates. Full use of the unit. Be respectful to the property and other tenants as this is a duplex and there are other units with guests. No smoking of any kind inside the unit, including cigarettes, pot, vaping, etc.
The space
Grace ranch was recently remodeled and is for the enjoyment of guest’s needing a break from the busy city. Security “Ring” camera is on the premises, it is located at the front gate for everyone’s safety on the property.

Full contactless access to your unit, Parking, and patios.
Please no wandering anywhere else on property.
Other things to note
There are other units on property please respect other guest by staying quiet after dark.
