Modern-style staircase w/ wide-plank wood steps & glass rails that continue on a hallway bridge above. Newly renovated, the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath design features two-story 20-foot ceilings soar over the main living space, which encompasses living and dining areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a custom fireplace. Btight and Modern

The Condo is modern in design and furnishings, which is appealing to us. It is well-equipped and conveniently located to a variety of stores and golf, which we enjoy. The weather is great. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. The bedrooms are upstairs, which was fine for us, but something to consider for the elderly and children. We enjoyed our time there and would return if we vacationed again in Carlsbad .

Amazing 2 month for our family

We had an amazing stay in this property in summer 2022. The house is very clean, everything is new. The pictures of the property are true pictures. Carmen was a great host, was always there to help with any questions (easy communication through WhatsApp). Compound is quite and safe. The community pool is just a house away (30 seconds walk). Pool is very clean and there is a hot tub as well. We enjoyed our evening BBQs and breakfasts outdoor in a small, but well organised garden. Beach is 15 min drive. Playgrounds are 5 min drive. Nearest Supermarket and restaurants are 5 min drive. Huge new shopping area with big Apple Store and other fancy shops is 5 min drive away as well. Disadvantage: you will always need to drive, nothing in the walking distance (only the amazing pool).

Carlsbad summer 2022

This is a beautiful and well equipped unit in a gated community in Carlsbad. Located within 10 minutes drive to the beach. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and clean with several golf courses nearby. The double volume ceiling in the living / dinning room area gave space and airiness to the unit that was spacious already. Although the large windows in living / dinning area did not have blinds or curtains, they did, however, let in the nice California sunshine. The unit had a private parking garage and it had a charging cable for the plug in hybrid minivan we rented. Renters should double check with Carmen if they have a full size SUV (garage hight may not be enough). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Carmen was a great and responsive host. We would surely go again.

Wonderful home and host

We stayed at this property while our home was under repair - it was a very hard time for our family but Carmen was so great, it made things feel easy. Amazing communication, beautiful home - we were so pleased with our stay there and would highly suggest this property for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a safe, quiet area with access to everything.
