La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you this pretty house, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located just a few steps from the Phare des Baleines and offers an ideal location for a relaxing and practical holiday, thanks to its proximity to cycle paths.
The house is comfortable and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room.
GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious and bright living room with sitting area and open kitchen.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR :
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed 90x200.
The house has 1 bathroom with 1 WC and a separate WC.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant holiday environment, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
When you arrive, as well as our welcome pack, we'll provide you with a welcome guide containing useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!
The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more, except during the summer period.
SERVICES INCLUDED :
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
Handover of keys and presentation of the house on site are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
