Great Option … Comfortable and Convenient

I was very pleased to find this home as an option for us. We do 2 to 3 meetings in this area per year. The location was perfect. The host was amazing. Communication was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable, and provided a perfect solution for our needs, I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home

Worked in the area and needed a quiet spot to work from a personal office as well as to be on site quickly to support my team. This spot was absolutely perfect. Quiet and small town atmosphere close enough to get where you needed to be! The people that manage this property are hands down professionals that ensure everything is taken care of well in advance of your arrival and went the extra mile to be sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for work stay

Stayed at this location due to a temp work assignment. Perfect host. Very clean property. I highly recommend property and booking with this host!

Cozy & Clean, plenty of space!

Property manager was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, and the home was clean, carpet looks brand new. Everything was the same as listed. Would stay again!

Felt like home

It felt like home as soon as we walked through the front door. What more can you say? My wife got to see fire flies for the first time in her life, huge bonus. Very quiet rural Kansas community, reminded me of my childhood days in the 60’s and 70’s, how the times have changed. We slept like babies 😊 Thank you!

Small Town Living

This house is comfortable and newly renovated. Plenty of space to spread out! Easy access to Dollar General (right across the street), and there a park nearby and cute coffee shop named The Meeting House. We enjoyed their drinks, pastries, and Mac and cheese!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. As short term rental owners and managers, we know all the small details that make for a good stay. This property had all of those taken care of! It is clean, not overly decorated, and has plenty of bathroom space for the size. We had a friend with us that loved horses and she was so excited to go out back and visit with Star the rescue paint! If you have a group coming to attend an event at Hartman arena or a sporting event at one of the sports complexes in North Wichita, this is the perfect country home!

Clean and Spacious

My family (kids age range from newborn to 12 years old) really enjoyed this house. For us have space for the kids to play and having cleanliness are top priority and this house excelled at both. The owner did a fabulous job in her communication with us and we would definitely recommend this house to others.

Charming house

Chickens roamed the backyard. Home is beautifully updated. Trains run through town regularly. All blacktop to highway.

Spacious

This location was fantastic. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. You could tell they did some updating recently and did a great job. Very clean and quiet. The dollar general across the street helps for any quick items you might need.

Great stay!

We stayed here for the fall festival. Very clean and spacious for 5 people. Location is great. Owners are great at communicating. Highly recommend it.

State trap shooting weekend

We were in Sedgwick for High School State Trap shooting - location was fantastic 10 minutes from the facility house was a wonderful cool Quiet spacious place to relax. The kids enjoyed the board games. We appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the great restaurant in town. Dollar General right across the street for any forgotten items. Great stay !

Great home for family reunion

Overall excellent. Seemed a little under-furnished. No art on bedroom walls. No lamps or end tables or coffee table in living room--no place to set a drink or lay your book. Could use a few more miscellaneous chairs. We were five adults who slept there, joined in evening by more adults and children. It served our purposes very well.

Great little house

We have had a very busy trip to the area. This. house was a very nice place to come back to at the end of the day. It was very spacious and clean. The manager was very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time.

House was nice and clean. If you have a big party staying here may be a little cramped as the house only has a loveseat and couch in the living area. But otherwise I was very happy..
