Spacious, but cozy. Just minutes from water.

Beautiful house on the north side of the lake, only minutes from best restaurants and the Lake Anna State Park!! The house is not a waterfront, but it does belong to the community and has common area with water access. Common area is at the end of the street (0.4 miles). Spacious living room with gas fireplace, large screen and fast internet. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 Bedrooms with TVs. Laundry room + Game room with pool table, air hockey and foosball table . 6-7 min walk to a beautiful open water common area on the lake.
4 kayaks available for guests to use.

Very nice, great game room.

Very nice, modern, comfortable, well supplied, great location near a main route. Lots of room for kids, big and small. I would stay again.

Lovely host, fab location for Lake Anna

We were 2 families with little kids - and had a wonderful stay here. House is 10 min drive from Lake Anna State Park, and host is kind, thoughtful, and responsive. House also has a beautiful back deck for hanging after the littles go to sleep. Recommend for families!

Amazing place to stay!

Not only was the property beautiful and convenient but it was clean! We thought a remote was missing and the owner was willing to amazon us a replacement. It was spacious and easy for nine adults to sleep and hang around comfortably!

Nice house with a good location near the lake

Nice house with everything you need for your lake trip. Owner communicates well and is responsive. Games in basement and fire pit are nice extras. Clean and comfortable. Walk to community dock. Good location near everything in Mineral.

Beautiful, comfortable, loved our stay A+

The house and property are absolutely lovely. We were immediately impressed with how beautiful, well cared-for, and clean the house was. We especially enjoyed the deck and elegant, comfortable deck furnishings, and the setting/view of the large lawn and tall trees. So relaxing! The house had everything we needed. Very close to the lake, great neighborhood, great memories! The owner was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property!

We had a lovely stay at Vladimir’s house. It was a perfect place to convene as a family with kids. The kids enjoyed the games in the basement and we were able to grill out on the deck at least once (it rained most of her time). On the one day there was sun we rented a boat and enjoyed the common space at the end of the road. A couple of our family were a bit cold at night and Vladimir immediately ordered some blankets for the house and had them sent to us. Highly recommend the house and the area for a quiet and peaceful family vacation.

Cozy, fun and adventurous stay!

We were looking for a vacation home that catered to 9 family members ranging in age between 7 and 75. The Noranda house was a perfect fit. Its spacious two floors accommodated all of us comfortably. We utilized the kitchen for homemade meals and gathered around the dining room table for board game nights. The basement was a great getaway for those who enjoyed a friendly pool, darts and foosball competition. The lake is a short walk down the street. Our kids were able to use the owner's spare bikes (3) for transportation. The owner also provided us with kayaks and life preservers for fun on the lake. It's private lake access, which made it feel like we had that portion of lake access all to ourselves. Firewood was provided so we were able to make a nice evening fire pit fire for roasting marshmallows. We would love to return to this house to create even more family memories.
