Fully remodeled

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful fully remodeled place to stay, everything is new and fresh. Enjoy the evening or morning on the front and back porch just next to the flowers. Corner lot with lots of parking and rv hookups. Park located one block away. We are a pet friendly place and we have a fenced in backyard. Coffee or an espresso to start your day and a variety of breakfast meals to chose from. Conveniently placed USB ports in the outlets located in kitchen and living room. Small pets are welcome but a $20.00 pet fee per pet will be added.

Wedding weekend!

We were in town four our sons wedding and rehearsal etc. This house was perfect! Very clean, super comfy, had everything we needed. Was perfect for everything we had going for he entire weekend and was way more comfortable than a hotel room.

Home away from home

We were in town for family wedding. I was impressed with the house and property. We had everything we needed. Owners had fast response to commutation. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would stay there again!

Beautiful clean house

Our stay was very comfortable , had a great time spending with Brother who lives in the area , we really appreciate the treats that we’re offered. The house was very clean and organized. We loved the detail , thanks again for everything, we will be back in the future 😊

Family Get together

This place was better then we thought it was going to be. We had such a great time being able to go about our family get together and then have our own place to stay while we had some down time. Very spacious place! My kids enjoyed having so much room to roam. We will come back!

Clean and comfortable stay

My wife and I spent one night here but will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area. The place was newly updated and cleaned well, and had a really nice backyard patio area that would be great for a small group. The host was communicative and place was accurate (if not better) than the listing. Great experience!

Cute House

This house was very cute and spacious. Super clean and the coffee bar was a big hit with my teens. Close to main street and food options A park right down the street. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

A well-kept home with lovely touches

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties all over North America. This little house in perryton stand out for us because, in addition to being a nice little place, it has a lot of. Ice touches that most properties just don’t. Plenty of linens, everything clean, and also … a thoughtful touch of leaving snacks out, coffee for the morning, and a great yard.

Awesome house- great experience!

We booked this house to visit family in Perryton and we were blown away by the beautiful home. The unassuming exterior gives no hint of the beautiful interior. The pictures do not do it justice. The decor was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The location is a quiet residential street, that was well- lit and felt safe. The hosts have thought of many things and provided essential toiletries in case you forget something;, which is helpful because it’s a very small town, so a late night run to the store would be difficult. The check- in process was easy and the hosts were very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!
