Cottage, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 9-10)

- new washer in 2018 and new dryer in April 2021
- new smart televisions in 3 bedrooms
- new luxury vinyl hardwoods on main level in March 2018
- 2 new AC units
The home is beautifully decorated and includes 4 bedrooms with their own baths and a private pool and hot tub. Need to sit back and relax? Here are all the spots you can do it in this home:
*family room - while watching the 55 inch TV
*Upstairs den - while playing board games or quietly reading
*Rec Room - we have turned the garage into an awesome room, complete with 55 inch TV, wii, A/C, couch, foosball table and toys bins
*Screened porch
*2 balconies - relaxing in the adirondack chairs
*By the pool - sitting on the chaises or patio furniture
The Currituck Club is a wonderful community with pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a gym, bike paths and beautiful grounds. The neighborhood has a very resort feel and also has many planned activities and events throughout the summer. The main beach access about 5 minutes away and includes bathrooms, showers and a snack shack. In the summer a trolley service will take you right to the beach and a helpful valet service will take all of your belongings down to the ocean. You may also drive if you prefer.

Downstairs Queen Bedroom - includes private bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and double sinks
Upstairs King Bedroom - includes balcony, private bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and double sinks
Bunk Room - twin over full bunk beds as well as a twin trundle bed, private bathroom with tub/shower.
Upstairs Queen Bedroom - Queen bed with private bathroom with shower.
We also have backpack style beach chairs for your use, gas grill, and a nicely equipped kitchen with all brand new appliances
Please note - there is no on street parking allowed in the neighborhood. Our driveway can fit two cars with ease and possibly 4 cars if they are smaller. No RV or trailer parking is allowed, however there is off site parking for these vehicles nearby for a small fee.

I bought this house for my daughters and I to enjoy, as well as to share with others, in the memory of my mother who absolutely loved coming to the Outer Banks beaches. We have put our hearts in to making it the perfect place for you and your family to stay, and hope that you will feel like you are at home while you are there. The trolley rides to the beach are a wonderful way to see the community and meet other travelers, and also keep the sand out of your own car. Having Harris Teeter at the top of the neighborhood is a huge advantage also!
