Welcome to my home!
Located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, this 60 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space.
The living room features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors.
The dining area includes a table that seats up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, coffee machine, kettle, and more.
The main bedroom has a double bed (140x200), while the second bedroom, ideal for children, features a trundle bed. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower.
You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke and carbon monoxide detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
All that’s left is for you to enjoy!
Guests will have access to the entire home!
Our home is located conveniently in Liberation. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

The Libération district in Nice is a vibrant and authentic area, loved by both locals and visitors. It stands out for its typically Niçoise atmosphere, with colourful markets, artisan bakeries, and lively cafés. The Libération Market, one of the largest in the city, offers fresh, local, and delicious produce every morning. The neighbourhood is also well connected by public transport, making it easy to reach the city centre, the beach, and Nice’s main attractions. Strolling through its streets lined with Belle Époque buildings offers a charming glimpse into everyday life in Nice.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram station, Libération (line L1), is just a 4-minute walk.
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately a 17-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
