This property is a newly renovated apartment just off the world-famous JBR beach. This large studio apartment gives you quick access to JBR, Dubai Marina and is minutes away from transport links to connect you to the city.

The living area of the studio has multiple uses, you are able to relax and watch TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime) on the 42" TV, or lose yourself in a book with full views of Ain Dubai in the background.

There is a dedicated work area for those who may need to log in for a few hours (Fast WIFI).

The open-plan kitchen area is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Tea, coffee, and kitchen essentials are provided.
