Located in the gated golf and beach Fort Morgan community of Kiva Dunes, this beachside retreat at Gulf Shores is a slice of paradise! Your spacious home boasts a private elevator, balconies, and coastal-chic style. Host a cookout on the patio after days on the sand - beach access is less than a half mile away. As part of Kiva Dunes, enjoy access to an exclusive beach club with private shoreline frontage, four pools, tennis, 24/7 gated security, a gym, clubhouse, pro shop, and two restaurants. Unwind in the living room, furnished with a 61” TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and two armchairs.

Prepare meals in the kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Share meals at the table for six or at the four-person breakfast bar. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the patio table for six. There is ample space to lounge with two additional balconies, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Approximately a half mile away, the Kiva Dunes Beach Club offers 3,000 feet of private shoreline and a full-service bar and restaurant with poolside delivery. Dip in the zero-entry saltwater pool (heated, open March through November) and unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy access to the Blue Heron Pool (heated, open year-round). Things to Know
Street parking is not permitted
RVs, trailers, fifth wheels, and four-wheelers are not allowed on-site

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
