Enjoy this beautifully upgraded beachfront condo right on the sand, ocean view private deck, two full bathrooms, open living concept with double bunk beds downstairs, a private deck with amazing views, one king bed upstairs, and fully furnished! Walking/biking distance to many nearby restaurants, shopping, iconic pier. Right on paved bike path, children's playground nearby and the best surfing in CA, community pool, sauna and laundry facilities. Two secure parking spots and storage area. Enjoy all that Huntington Beach has to offer while staying in Private/Secure beachfront luxury! Bookings are available month by month even if 30 days. If calendar does not allow booking, please reach out and send message for assistance. Perfect work from home space.

An amazing condo with epic views!

An amazing property! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a month and will return. The panoramic views from this balcony (aka The Perch), are simply one of the best in this complex. It’s the only complex on Huntington Beach and this is what makes it special. The condo was clean, tidy, and quiet and was equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. We found the main bed very comfortable. Wi-Fi/internet was strong the entire time for work meetings/calls. The complex was very secure with security gates & friendly security staff on-site, parking was never an issue. It was great to walk out on to the beach every morning for walks, bike rides, or to stroll (5 min) to Main Street for coffee or dinner, truly an ideal location. There is a coin-op laundry room on-site (just steps away) and a small gym, sauna, and pool are also in the complex. Claudia, the owner, and her assistants were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had zero-issues and loved the place and are excited to return one day soon!

Perfect Beach Condo

If you want to be in the midst of all the Huntington Beach activities, this is the perfect location. There was so much to do all within easy walking distance that we didn’t use our car very often. We enjoyed running the boardwalk, walking the pier and strolling through town on most days. We shopped at Pacific City a few blocks away and also had wonderful facials at a salon there. This condo was a front row seat to the Pacific Airshow and hearing protection was needed when the military jets soared above our deck. We loved it. We also visited many nearby restaurants, coffee shops and the F45 gym on 5th. The condo was comfortable and felt like home for our month long stay. The host Claudia and property manager Jimmy were easy to contact and took care of a few needs we had during our stay. We look forward to another visit to “The Perch” soon.
