Home's décor and furnishings were designed for comfort and style. Main bedroom and secondary bedrooms have King sized beds, third bedroom has a queen bed and all rooms have their own private bath. Open the fully retractable sliding glass doors to bring the outside in as you enjoy your breakfast in the spacious lanai that overlooks the entire pond. Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and sits on an over sized lot giving more privacy for your enjoyment. Home is equipped with many smart home features. There are several Alexa controlled interior lights, a smart electronic front door lock, including a Ring doorbell and 3 outdoor cameras. for guest safety. Pack your bags and get ready for a memorable time!

Fabulous spot in The Villages

We had a fabulous trip. This is our 5 visit to the area and the nicest home we’ve stayed in! This home is beautiful, clean, has everything you need! Well appointed kitchen. Every room has its own bathroom. Set up so perfectly. Two king size beds was the first reason I chose it. Nice golf cart. Lovely neighborhood and neighbors. Gorgeous lake and large Lanai. Just perfect!

A wonderful place to stay in The Villages

The property that we stayed in at The Villages was exactly what was pictures in their VRBO listing. The house was beautiful, modern, spacious, clean, well stocked & conveniently located. It was beautifully furnished & had every convenience imaginable, including a fully stocked kitchen and two walk in showers. It had a large, fully furnished lanai overlooking a picturesque pond. It also included the use a golf cart and an outdoor grill, both of which which we used often. It was located in one of the newer villages, just a few blocks away from the Ezell recreation center & a brand new entertainment venue called Sawgrass Grove. There were free concerts at Sawgrass every day. We can’t say enough about this property and our hosts. We will definitely try to reserve this property again for our next stay in Florida. -Ray & Melody

Great stay in The Villages

This is a great location with a fantastic view! All amenities were well thought out. This is a new property with comforts of home. Golf cart was an added bonus. Walking distance to Sawgrass! Loved sitting on the lanai with my glass of wine.

Perfect place

This home was exactly what we needed for our time in the area. Two bedrooms with king beds & private bathrooms sealed the deal at booking time, the other amenities were icing on the cake. We enjoyed the screened in lanai, took advantage of nearby restaurant and activities, as well as worked remotely as needed. Everything was clean, in perfect shape, very comfortable! The owner was responsive to all questions. We could not have asked for more. 5 stars!!!
