As soon as you arrive at this wonderful gem of a home, you will be greeted by the classic and charming exterior surrounded by greenery. Step inside, and you will find that this getaway is anything but quaint. From the exposed ceilings to the stylish furnishings and decor throughout, no shortcuts were taken when it comes to making this home as comfortable as possible for each lucky guest. The upper level will be the hub for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones, as the full kitchen is more than ready to assist in whipping up tasty meals! The open layout of the living area can accommodate everyone for some conversations and the cozy media nook will be just the place to wrap yourself in a blanket and stream your favorite shows on the TV. When you want a bit of fresh air, the furnished deck is a great spot to sip a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine as you look out to the calm waters of the cove below.

Privacy can easily be found with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs! Head downstairs and you will find another living area, a desk for getting a bit of work done while away, an arcade gaming console, and plenty of board games to keep everyone busy! The TV will also assist in movie nights when you simply want to munch on some popcorn and chill out.

When it comes to outdoor fun, this home has it all. Step out to the backyard and you will be greeted by a path leading all the way down to the water's edge where a dock awaits with two kayaks for your use. Plus, the calm waters of the cove will be perfect for taking a quick dip or trying your luck at finishing right from the shore. When the sun begins to dip behind the trees, the secluded firepit will be just the place to tell stories about each day and stargaze until it is time to hit the hay! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
