Great vacation

This property was perfect for our stay (6 of us.) The distance to the beach couldn’t have been better and a lot of fun things to do close by. Todd was a fantastic property manager and communicated with us as needed. Would stay here again & do recommend!

Exactly like the pictures !

Perfect spot for the family, the pools are great with an indoor and outdoor pools for rainy days or hot days! Plenty of space and very clean! It was a nice home away from home

Great Stay!

The property was very clean and spacious. There were 4 adults. We really enjoyed the veranda with its moonlight and sunrise views over the ocean. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was a plus and was also very clean.

Great spot!

Condo was adequate size for our family, and the location!! Ocean view from the master, large balcony, all the amenities we needed, and took less than 5 minutes to get 4 kids from the condo to the beach! Will definitely be booking with this host again!

Memorial Day Getaway

Todd’s place was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us 4, but there was room for more. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the bed was comfortable. We would love to revisit this same place again in the future.

Relaxing

Would recommend this location to anyone that would like the ocean practically at your doorstep. The view from the balconey was beautiful day or night. The condo was very clean & quiet. The parking garage was an added benefit.

Nothing to complain

My family goes to Myrtle beach for a family reunion for almost 20 years everyone stay at sands south,it’s was good trip and we have all the necessary, coffee filter,dishwasher soup,laundry pods,Keurig and regular coffee maker place was very clean.

Nice condo. Friendly owners

We enjoyed this condo! Couch is not comfortable when watching TV. Only had two forks so we had to buy plastic forks We also purchased some frying pans and we left them for the condo. Overall we enjoyed this place very much!

Will visit again!

While this isn't the cleanest place I have stayed, it wasn't bad. I am pretty low maintenance so I didn't have to speak with the property manager, but all information was provided accurately. Front desk staff was super nice, and explained all pertinent information clearly. I was 3-10 minutes away from all the things I needed, and right on the beach. Master bedroom view of the ocean was great, and the balcony was big.

We had a wonderful week!!

Check in was a breeze, plenty of luggage carts. The property was clean, pictures are accurate. The view was great. The condo itself was clean, first property that we didn’t have to clean before we unpacked. Plenty of towels ect. Beds were ok, but who doesn’t miss their own bed on vacation? Kitchen was well equipped for any necessary cooking. 10/10 would recommend.

Property is as pictured

Love the place, very homey. Just need some minor repairs: 1) the metal safety lock for the door needs 2 screws and pantry cabinet door needs to be secured. Last 2 nights of our stay the next door neighbors was too loud but fine with me since our baby was sleeping at the other room far from the noise. All in all I would recommend the place.

Location is great. Close to a neighborhood Walmart for when you run out or forget things.

Kitchen has new appliances, but need a couple more cooking pans. Condo has a spacious balcony for hanging out in the evening. Easy beach access and a short drive to the boardwalk. On the 8th floor, but never had to wait long for the elevator. One thing is don’t put your room key next to your phone or near a credit card, this erases your key.

We sure enjoyed our stay...

I like to cook while on vacation, they had everything I needed other than a crockpot and a good kitchen knife. We brought that with us, I love to put dinner in the crockpot and head to the beach. It makes vacations much more affordable and the smell of the condo with Mississippi Roast cooking or chicken for chicken tacos when you return. You can't beat that. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean. The hallways also smelled nice and clean. My only complaint was the livingroom sofa and side chairs were not confortable and somewhat outdated. Even with that I would stay there again, it was that nice!

beds were not very comfortable for people with bad backs. the shower outside of the room with 2 beds leaked. you can see a blackness emanating from the wall behind the shower. Other than these two issues the room was fine.

Mother/daughters trip

We enjoyed our stay. The unit does need upgrades. Kitchen was updated. Living area needs updates. Couch was not good. Bathrooms need some updates as well. We were unable to access the property early. Checkin at 4. We arrived about noon. No place to put our luggage. Got into the unit about 2:30. Same for day we left. It would be a good idea for the owners to consider this for travelers. Hard to get flights to correspond to check in times. We did not have a rental car to leave items with. Awkward to sit at the pool with luggage. The check in staff were the best! Very understanding. Property manager was friendly.

Disappointed

The condo was quite dated. The LR was furniture was very uncomfortable. The bedroom furniture was scuffed and scratched. There was mold in the master bath in the tub and on the shower curtain. The tile floors were sticky and carpet in desperate need of cleaning. Utensils were sparse and there were not enough towels for our party of 5. The building is old and dated. The ground floor had a horrid smell being a mixture of chlorine, insecticide, and suntan lotion. The parking lot between the 2 buildings is a public parking area with public access to the beach. Overall, the property was extremely overpriced. On a positive note, the property manager was responsive and followed up with a phone call to discuss the issues.
