A Hot Mess
I accidentally booked the wrong days and asked for a partial refund and the Owner said he would but he didn’t. He also tried to rent the room to someone else that showed up and showed me They’re online booking through a different site. The sheets looked dirty no hand or wash clothes. Towels looked dirty with holes in them. No water was provided for drinking. Maid showed up banging on the door telling me it’s time for check out even though my checkout was not until the next day… And! it’s in the ghetto! The Uber driver was scared for me! There is 14 steps with instructions for access so it was complicated to say the least. It’s located inside shabby looking gated community not at all what the area in online add looks like.It is on the west side of Santo Domingo
