Wonderful!

This home is beautiful and the host was so amazing! Communication was A+ from before I checked in and all during my stay. We ended up locked out one night, and he was there as soon as possible to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for several days. Appreciated how great Melvin was as a host. The house was a great change from the condos we normally rent. We liked the parking in the back. The house is very close to downtown--that does mean being by some neighborhoods that don't look as nice but there's a security system and we felt safe. The garbage disposal wasn't working and there seems to be a clog deeper in the pipes..:but water backup was an issue if we adjusted the water flow and scraped plates before washing. Dimmers on lights would be good and the towels probably should be replaced soon. Also-you might want to ensure the cleaning crew checks the lint filter in the dryer--we pulled out a lint mat that was a couple of inches thick and that could be a fire hazard. If using an Uber/Lyft then you might want to warn driver to take off quickly--there's a good amount of traffic on that street. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. It was the perfect size and location for us. The appliances were in good order and it was well furnished.
