Fully gated community, 24/7 security, 6 minutes walking distance to the beach.
This delightful gated community with 24/7 security is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo fully furnished with a King size bed in the master BR en suite bathroom, large walk-in shower & tons of closet space, 2 private balconies, one from the master's and another from the main living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, blender, coffee maker, 6-burner gas stove, etc. Laundry area is off the kitchen (stacking washer/gas dryer saves electricity). There are 2 smart TV's (Master's +Living room w/ cable and private free wi-fi.
The serenity against the backdrop of a clean, extended pool embedded in the tall palms gently drifting in the breeze within the secured environment gives a paradisiacal satisfaction.
The condo is located at the center of all the action along the very popular El Cortecito strip of Bavaro and only 6 minutes walk to all the fun and pleasure you will need. El Cortecito Beach is just 7 man's walking distance away and Playa Turquesa is also nearby.
There are tons of restaurants, bars, centers to book any type of activity of your choice within the vicinity that you almost do not need a car.
However, we do have ample parking in the event that you needed a ride.
Fun awaits to embrace you.
FYI: For the cleanliness of the unit, there is a charge of $80 per stay to enhance proper cleaning. Electricity is also paid by our guests. Recordings are made at check-ins and check-outs and charges are very reasonable based on consumption.

We will make sure that you have the necessary information needed to just relax, unwind, and have fun. I have lived in many different countries and enjoy multiculturalism, I am taken away when I meet people of different cultures, interact with them and learn about the language, food, activities etc. I and my team are excited to usher you into this unforgettable exciting experience at Punta Cana. You will either meet me, Brenda or Markitto. Brenda and Markitto are based in Punta Cana and have over15 years of experience with managing guests and in the tourism industry. Our primary goal is to make sure our guests are comfortable and have an amazing experience. I am based in the United States but have lived at this property myself every time I visit and just always want to go back.

The Playa Turquesa Commercial plaza, popular Citrius restaurant (2x1 sushi on Monday nights), Dalias bakery, BAM market, and the El Cortecito beach just within 6 minutes walking distance. Other near by locations include Kat's corner, Wacamole taco bar, a pharmacy, pet store and veterinarian, multiple mini markets, Coccolella super market etc.
Other near by locations of interest with just 6-10 minutes drive include the Soles beach bar, La Piazzetta (delicious hand crafted pizza), the San Juan shopping plaza with the big Pola Supermarket, Caribbean cinemas, Pizza Hut, IKEA, Chef Pepper restaurant, Jumbo supermarket. Another 10 minutes drive further will bring you to the Blue Mall- with multiple delicious multi-cultural restaurants, Nacional grocery store, Casa Cuesta home goods.

There is free secured parking with 24/7 security within the property. You really might not need a car given that everything you need is within walking distance as described above. If you however do need a vehicle or transportation, please notify us and arrangements can be made with our affiliate tourism services.

There is a security deposit of between $300-500 depending on you length of stay. Security deposit is refundable minus cleaning fees and electricity bill. The electric meter is read at check-in and check-out and calculated at about $0.26/kwh. A 10 day stay for example is typically ~ $135 depending on usage.
