This was our second stay in the condo. Only complaint- the beds in the bedroom with 2 twins are extremely hard mattresses. Might be a good idea to add mattress toppers. Everything else was wonderful and very responsive and helpful property management. Will be back in the future!

A lovely piece of paradise

A great apartment in a great location. We all had a wonderful time exploring beaches, restaurants, bars, and even a casino...all within walking distance.

What a beautiful and well maintained condo. We had a few issues with our door lock but Ilia was fantastic! Quick to respond and eager to fix the issues. We highly recommend the stay there! The restaurants outside of the Club were exceptional as well and the cook made us the most delicious meal our last night there!

Best Condo Complex in Bavaro Beach

Overall a good stay! Property is incredibly safe! And amazing security guards all over the place patrolling at every exit and making you feel welcomed. My main reason for not having it be a 5 star review is the beach loaded with “sargazo” (sea algae) and although out of control of the property owner it is something we saw other properties and hotels mitigate by setting up nets 100 ft into the sea and daily clean ups with tractors and saw it to be quite effective where as for our beach front it was ridden with algae not only making it impossible to go into the water but also generating an intense sulfur like smell.

Great vacation

The property was perfect for our family and is very well maintained. The proximity to the beach and to restaurants makes it a great family vacation. We will likely stay here again if we re-visit Punta Cana. Ilia is very responsive to any questions.

We had an amazing time at the condo. It is clean (and Mary is great), well-equipped, and you can't beat the location. All the staff at the complex was polite and helpful as well.

Great Family Vacation

My family had a great time during our stay. House was very nice. Mary and Ana were great. Food delicious. House always clean and tidy. Location amazing store and resturants walkable. Security on property made us feel safe. Condo steps from the beach. My family of 5 will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Not a lot of chairs around pool. Hot water for showers was sporadic Mostly warm water to cool. Tv in master bedroom was fine we had issues with the main TV and never really worked even after people came in and fixed it twice. Owner was very responsive on any issue. Good area for lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance

Wonderful return

We returned to this great condo after our first experience in 2022. This time we extended our stay from 10 days to 14 days. This is a great find if you’re looking for a relaxing environment. The condo complex has a large green space to compliment the roominess of the condo itself. Clean, tasteful decorating with a fabulous view of the ocean. Thanks, Ilia!

Great vacation

Unit was well equipped provably the only thing missing was a kettle. Lia was a great contact person very organized and Mary did a great job cleaning and was very pleasant. Great place to stay

Stayed for a week, apt very spacious, 6 adults and had plenty of room we each had our own bedroom with private bath, lots of restaurants in the area. Mari was very pleasant and was there when we needed her. The only negative was the living and dinning room seats were very uncomfortable, kind of hard, beds were comfortable. Great balcony with beach view. Had to pay for air conditioning but not too expensive, we did have the air on most of the time. Beach close by. Will definetely stay there again. Had a great time.

Great place to stay

When we got there the taxi driver was waiting. He took us by the market with no problem. We were greeted by the maid who showed us everything we needed in the condo. We were close to everything excursions, the beach, market, restaurants, bar and gift shop. We really didn't have to go far for anything. The owner made sure to keep in contact with us. We loved the food the maid cooked for us. Everything was excellent. We will be returning

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is lovely, with a very nice view of the ocean, very spacious, updated, secure, and clean. The complex has a beautiful pool that is very close to the unit, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, activities, etc. Ilia was excellent, keeping me updated of everything, answering every question I had, asking if I needed anything, she had all the information we needed, from taxi to restaurants, to activities, to cooking, and even made our covid test appointment. Maria the house keeper was awesome, very friendly, polite, attentive, and helpful. Without any doubt, I would stay there next time I have a chance to return.
