This newly remodeled and converted vacation rental features all the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, complimentary high speed internet and YouTube TV. Relax or grill out in the evening under the covered patio with views of the Vermillion Cliffs. This centrally located home is just minutes from Antelope Slot Canyons, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell. Boat Parking available next to the home behind a gate. Located on a dead end cul-de-sac. Guests have access to the garage to park a vehicle.

Lake Powell Getaway

This property is very nice, it is well appointed and comfortable. We were going to Lake Powell and it is easy to get from this property to either marina. There aren't any restaurants in easy walking distance, but 5 minutes in the car gets you pretty much anything in town. We used the side yard for boat parking and it was great, just be aware there is a light pole that ends up in your blind spot when backing in. The patio sitting area is nice for a morning sit and relax. Inside, the beds are comfortable and everything was nice and clean. There was nothing we wanted for and access to the garage was nice to stash a car, pretty sure a full size truck won't fit. The icemakers in the freezer and the countertop were both used and appreciated. Our group gave this property a unanimous thumbs up. Thank you!

Great Place!

The listing showed a queen and double bed in the common area but there was just a big sectional couch; we could have just missed something on our end. Since we don’t need the extra space, this did not have a negative impact on our stay. Overall the place is great, very clean, great boat parking (behind a fence/gate) which was awesome and the location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean spot close to everything in Page!

Very nice place. Very close to antelope canyon, lake Powell, horseback riding, and horseshoe bend. The house is perfect for 6 but not great for 8. Air mattresses are available for guests 7 and 8.

Clean and comfortable home. We stayed here after doing the lower antelope canyon. Location great. Cell service terrible - so we were greatly appreciative of the reliable WiFi. Very close to a Catholic Church, gas, groceries and food.

Beautiful home nearby Lake Powell!

This home is the perfect spot for a family (or group) staying a few days in Page. It was spotless, had all of the amenities you could need, and is just a 10-15 minute drive to any of the boat landings at Powell. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Perfect stay in Page!

Our stay was wonderful - from the recommendations Andy sent upon booking, to the easy check in and out, to the instant response when I contacted him about a slight issue, which was resolved immediately. The house is spotless and furnished with anything you could need. It was so nice for our family of 5 to get to spread out. It's in a great location - can get to the town in under 5 minutes. We had dinner at El Tapatio (best Mexican food we have ever had!) and Big John's Texas BBQ, where we enjoyed sitting outside and hearing a local band. We had an awesome breakfast at Hot and Sweet Coffee and Donuts before a great day at Upper Antelope Canyon. Andy recommended all those places. Thank you, Andy, for a fabulous 2 nights. I hope we can come back and stay much longer next time - there is so much to do in the area and it's so gorgeous!

Great Place to Stay in Page

We had a short stay in Page so we could take the Antelope Canyon tour. The home was clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We really liked the patio, so we picked up BBQ and ate outside while watching the sunset!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. It had a plugin and table next to the bed for my CPAP.

Very Nice Home

This Home is Perfection. The Layout has a nice flow and very clean. All the amenities for a comfortable stay are there. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, bathroom supplies and nice sheets and pillows. Laundry machine and Dryer. Every detail is well planned throughout the home. The master bedroom has a fabulous walk in closet. If I could give it 10 Stars I would. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property and the location. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed including wine opener and pizza cutter which was very handy. Access to a garage is something you don't always have and was great! Would be nice to have an opener to use, as it was raining a couple times. The worst thing was the bathrooms. The toilet in the master is old and not the elongated type so not really updated or comfortable. The toilet in the main bathroom is newer but is way too close to the vanity and the vanity is too short. We would have given it a 5 star review if not for the bathrooms. Overall, it was a nice trip!
