Aloha everyone! Our Kona oceanfront condo is a rare gem. Enjoy the sounds of the waves and evening sunsets from your private Lanai. Located on the ground floor, the unit has all new flooring, beautiful art, and an upgraded kitchen with sleek granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The bathroom features beautiful tile work and a walk-in shower with glass doors. The bedroom is all comfy Tommy Bahama.

Stroll across the lush garden to the oceanfront picnic and BBQ area and relax under the shade of a coconut tree.

Watch the dolphins and whales at play, enjoy swimming in the solar-heated pool (only steps away) and nearby the path access to the saltwater pool next to the ocean.

Beautiful property

Have stayed at this properly several times before but not in this particular unit. Ground floor convenient for use of pool, shoreline relaxation, and proximity to bbq. Whoops , forgot to mention sunsets. Although there wasn’t air conditioning, unit had 3 overhead fans, and a portable oscillating fan that kept condo very comfortable. Appreciated extra large side by side refrigerator/ freezer. Well appointed furniture and tasteful touches. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Kona Shoreline

We very much enjoyed our stay. The absence of AC was in many ways a benefit, as keeping the screen doors open during the day gave us both the view and the sounds of the ocean. Sitting on the lanai for meals or coffee or drinks with the ocean in front of you makes this unit very attractive.

Sweet spot on the Water

Awesome condo with an unforgettable sunset every night. Place was clean and centrally located. We will be coming back.

A cozy overview stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The management team was so helpful and available when needed. The area is very well cared for and there’s no getting over the spectacular oceanview. We will never forget the experience of having our morning coffee in the lanai!

Perfect condo for a couple

We had a wonderful week in Kona and loved our coffee mornings and wine evenings on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped condo, very quick communication when needed. Great location.

Wonderful

The property was clean.It was also stocked with so many things that we used and needed. We were very satisfied with this rental. The only problem was sleeping certain nights with no air conditioner. Most nights were fine though.

Very nice Condo. Beautiful sunsets and oceanfront views.

This is a Beautiful property. Well maintained. Very comfortable. There is no AC so be aware of that it can get warm. Regina was so easy to work with and communicative. The condo is well stocked and central to many fun things to do. I was impressed by how friendly everyone at the complex was, each night coming down to watch the sunset and greeting each other. A very special, place I will definitely return.

Condo with a Hawaiian view

This condo is everything you want in an oceanfront rental. From the moment you walk in you know you are on vacation. The pounding of the waves, the perfect lanai for relaxing and a view that never stops. You are located closed to everything that West side of the island has to offer. Easy drive to Hilo for volcano viewing if you want to venture farther from your home base. Highly recommend!

Fantastic oceanfront property!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property, it was an amazing experience and well worth getting the oceanfront condo! Coffee on the coast in the mornings was one of the highlights of our trip. Location was perfect and the condo was clean and welcoming.

Wonderful condo with everything that you need!

The owner did a wonderful job of renovating this place! Every inch is used to it's fullest and best advantage! They also did a very nice job decorating the condo (very tasteful). It was nice hearing the ocean as you were going to sleep:-) It is stocked with every kitchen essential you need, basic spices, and tableware (not so much in food but with Covid you cannot expect that). There are beach essentials (chairs, towels, cooler, mats, even various lotions if needed). There was an issue with the bedroom remote and they had to order a new one so we couldn't watch that tv but the tv in the living room had lot's of channels and was HUGE! The lanai was wonderful to sit on at all times of the day as it was so relaxing! The property benefits were nice as well but we did not really partake of them other than to go down and watch the sunsets. This is one of the best stocked places I have ever been to and it was greatly appreciated:-)

Beautiful Condo

Loved being on the ground floor with beautiful view of the sea and walking to the ocean and BBQs. The unit was well equipped and the manager responsive. Will be back.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo close to town

Thank you so much for offering your condo for our stay. We loved listening to the waves crashing and the beautiful views and sunsets. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The condo is off the main drag thru Kona so an easy ride into town or to the highway to tour the island. We traveled over 1000 miles investigating all parts of the island, so much beauty and diversity. We will definitely visit again.

Kona Delight

Beautiful oceanfront location. No sand beach, common to the Big Island but Ali'i saltwater pool is next to condo for a saltwater swim. Quiet with the only sounds being the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you could want and more!

Nice Area Near Kona

Overall pretty quiet and great spot close to the shore. We were able to see a humpback whale. Overall a clean unit and 10 min South of Kona. There were beach gear we were able to utilize. There is no AC but it was very cool at night so it was not really needed. Hope to go back again!

Amazing Condo!

Covid fatigue finally got to me, and last minute I booked this condo to extend our planned stay by a week. It absolutely did not disappoint. The unit itself was clean and well appointed, fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The complex was peaceful, pool was great, and we enjoyed making dinners and eating in the communal area out front. Five minutes south of town we were close to everything. The property manager Regina was extremely communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to come back and will definitely be staying here again.
