We've remodeled this two-story townhouse condo. The baths have new stylish vanities, and the kitchen includes new appliances and counter tops and is fully stocked with everything you might need. There's new paint throughout, new and very comfy beds and bedding. We even have a large patio with drapes for privacy. We also have a desk area and a full-size washer and dryer. Also, you'll be in the middle of town that's close to restaurants, groceries, etc. but on a nice quiet street.

Great place in a great location.

We traveled up for the Eclipse with a few extended family members. The house was very nice and in a great location. We felt safe and enjoyed being close to all kinds of food and shopping options. It was great to have a nice home base after our days of exploring and we really had a great trip! If you do choose to stay here be sure to document any issues you have right away with the owner. I found a couple of things and let her know when we left so she could be aware. She accused us of breaking the items and charged an extra fee to my credit card despite me saying it wasn't us. My mistake, I will document EVERYTHING next time.

Out of town for an event

I needed a place to stay for my daughter's pageant. This rental was close by, so it seemed perfect. Unfortunately the event had to change locations due to a fire and i was not able to cancel. I asked to change the reservation which was allowed but i only got half of 1 night refunded. Honestly that little bit made no difference. Staying the 1st night was not as pleasant as I hoped. The heat was not working properly. The downstairs was freezing. The upstairs was ridiculously hot. I reached out to owner who responded but the suggestions didnt help. It remained freezing downstairs. The upstairs became slightly cooler with the vents closed.

My friend and I both live nearby and bought this condo because it is so convenient to everything and knew we could make it beautiful and we did! We updated the kitchen with new quartz counters, new stainless steel appliances, all baths, painted everything and filled it with brand new furniture and bedding.

This condo townhouse is spacious with an open floor plan and beautiful updated kitchen! All the beds are upstairs and new and so comfy! Plus, we're located in a quiet, upscale golf course community and right in the middle of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and of course golf!
