Great 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath (end unit) furnished condo in Surfside Beach/Myrtle Beach 3 minute drive to the BEACH! It has a fully-stocked kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Bedroom has a queen size bed. This unit has a 3 month minimum rental per HOA. Stay at my place and I pick up the cleaning fees!! Your RATE will be DISCOUNTED FOR LONG-TERM STAYS! Unit is perfect for 3-8 month rental while making a transition to the Myrtle Beach; Snowbirds, Summer stays and for traveling nurses or corporate employees. Conveniently located near Highway 17 Bypass, Highway 17 Business (kings hwy). Next to shops, restaurants, near Hwy 544 shopping district, as well as just south of Market Common Town Center. It is 5 minute drive to the beaches, area attractions and state parks. The airport is 13 minutes away. Condo is also close to area hospitals, medical centers and doctor offices for those in the medical profession looking for a nice place to live. Includes a community pool and bbq grills. Utilities included in your rent are water, electric, sewer, pest control, garbage, ground maintenance and cable. NO PETS/SMOKING. I RECOMMEND GETTING THE INSURANCE FOR $99. If there are no occurrences or claims, I will refund the $99 back to you!

I have been a vacation host for several years now and have recently acquired this new condo! I enjoy speaking to my tenants so that I can provide them with the best possible customer service! If you have any questions or need to make special arrangements, please reach out to me! I will be happy to see what I can do for you! In fact, I give you FREE RENTAL INSURANCE by reimbursing you if there are no claims!! Also, because I am looking for 3 month rentals, I will pick up the cleaning fee for normal check-in cleaning. Gifts on the Host!! I don't like to tack on extra fees for my guests! LONG-TERM RENTALS ARE DISCOUNTED AS WELL. YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS DEAL!

You will be very happy in this condo if you want a quiet & homey oasis to come home to that is a 3 minute ride from the beach, close to restaurants and great attractions. This condo is in the perfect location!! You can walk to a fitness center next door, restaurants, bars and even a Starbucks! The are major department stores right up the street such as Kohl's and others native to the area. You can visit the State parks in 5 minutes, Market Commons for shopping, movie theaters, bowling allies...the list goes on. At the end of the day, you will get a great night's rest in a comfortable, safe, private condo.

The condo has been freshly painted, the rugs have been cleaned and it has all new furnishings from top to bottom! You will rest easy knowing that the mattresses haven't been slept on my hundreds of people. I only rent a few times a year for longer durations. Not only that but I provide mattress and pillow enclosures for all beds. I am confident that you will enjoy your stay!
