I am a local real estate agent/landlord and resident of Hallandale Beach since 1998.This property has been in our family since 2010. I Worked previously many years in 5 star hotels in hospitality business and as a property manager which taught me the importance of proper customer service.Have many 5 star reviews in other rental platforms since starting renting it short term instead of long term early 2022.

This a freestanding duplex,Each unit with it's own parking and leisure area nestled in a quiet family oriented residential area.Not a room inside someone's house/a converted garage or an overcrowded condo with limited privacy and lots of noise.You can check in at your own time and unless there is another booking same day, It's OK to check in earlier (contact me to check). This place is very quiet at any time since it's away from main mayor roads and the crowds.
