A beautiful, private retreat featuring two 75-inch smart TVs, updated appliances and a children's library. This cute cottage-like house is in a quaint neighborhood with very convenient access to local restaurants, shopping centers and the interstate. Only 5 miles from Silicon Slopes, the heart of Utah's tech industry. Easily access seven different ski resorts within a one-hour drive. Close to local Universities: 15 miles to BYU, 10 miles to UVU, 35 miles to U of U. Please note, this property does have stairs at the entrance and also inside to get to the downstairs bedrooms, bath and laundry. Extra pet fee applies. Please contact the host if you would like to understand the accessibility of the unit or pet policies before booking.

Absolute Perfection

This house was perfect in every detail. Each room was decorated with a simple theme. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked with the basic cooking utensils etc... It is advertised as kid friendly, and it was! There was a wall with books and a giant bean bag, and downstairs there was a large built in connect four game that the kids adored. It was also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. We all had a fantastic time thanks to this homey, comfortable location. The host was quick and easy to communicate with and was very eager to ensure we had everything we needed. I don't think I can ever stay in a hotel again!

Perfect place to stay with family.

This cute house was a great place to stay with plenty of room for my whole family. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Great location

This was a spacious house that met our needs. All the bedrooms had great beds. Kitchen was well stocked. It was so close to shopping it was amazing. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again. Host was super fast in answering questions.

Great place!

We came from Illinois for my daughter's wedding, we were 10 minutes from her there. The house was great and perfect for us! We felt right at home!

Would do it again in a heartbeat. Easy to schedule, great surroundings, and Lane was an excellent host. Kids and dogs enjoyed the back yard, nice kitchen. It's like your home, when you can't be at home. Thank you! Will book again.

Comfortable & Cozy

We enjoyed being so close to everything! The house itself is a cute, older remodeled home that is comfortable and has an amazing air conditioner that we really appreciated on the hot summer days. It has a baby gate and a pack-n-play available. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard early each morning while it was still cool.

Pleasantly Surprised

Great place! Looks small from the outside, but the finished basement is a bonus. Wonderfull use of space and beautiful remodel. Close to everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

There needs to be clarification on a few things. The steps are a potential death trap as they are extremely steep and narrow. The driveway is not safe for people that have stability issues and only one car fits in the driveway. The bathroom upstairs does not drain and there was NO body soap anywhere (plenty of shampoo and conditioner). The Keurig did not work and if you plan to cook, the pans are very scratched up. Also, please check all windows upon check in as there were multiple windows open and even more unlocked. Bedrooms downstairs do not have an egress window unless you have a small pet. Only the downstairs TV appeared to work and the thermostat baffled even an engineer who had recently graduated from the AIR FORCE ACADEMY. There is virtually no heat downstairs as the bathroom and one bedroom (makeshift ent) do not have vents unless they are hidden, but the temperature difference is at least 10 degrees. The trash couldn’t be taken out as both cans were completely full The remodel looks good, but the little things are what matter. Lane was responsive to emails but his answers many times were- ‘that was in the emai’.

Perfect for BYU graduation

I have a service dog, the fenced yard was great! This home makes use of every square inch. Our family of 7 were easily comfortable in this home! Location is amazing for access to groceries and restaurants. Wonderful, responsive host

Entire home!

We were very happy with this rental. Very easy to get in, the host was very responsive, and the house was nicely remodeled. It's tough to find and entire home with a fenced backyard without someone else living on the property. They are usually very expensive. this was still a little more than we were looking to pay, but ended up being worth it after our stay. It was very close to everything as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience

Location is great, house is well cared for, cozy and cute. Plenty of towels and needed items, and the owner was fantastic to work and communicate with. Very rapid responses, friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Ski Trip

We were in the area for annual ski trip and this place met all our needs. Only 25 minutes to Sundance Ski Resort, Very clean, convenient to interstate and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Owners responded very quickly with any question we had and were very helpful. They have done a great job with renovations to this home.

Clean, cozy, cute decor. Easy check in, attentive host. Loved the proximity to grocery stores, other retailers. Huge TVs with strong bandwidth on wifi. Loved memory foam mattresses for all beds. Great place for us to gather for the first real snow this year! I would recommend this place.
