Secluded multi-family lakeside getaway Alexandria

Located on Crooked Lake, if you are looking for seclusion and relaxation, this is the place. The lake claim to fame is having fantastic fishing with the best northern, sunny, crappie and sunny fishing around. Deer & turkey visit every day, bald eagles and a pretty owl sighting are a regular occurrence.

Our lake has no public ramp so it is very private and has very few boats. We have a dock and our area is around 5' deep at its deepest. You can swim off the dock and stand in the water off the end (perfect for playing games with your favorite beverage in your hand).

We have a large very gently sloped yard between the house and the lake for playing yard games and a 750sf deck that overlooks the lake. We have a large propane, charcoal/smoker grill to create the perfect summer meal. There is a small seasonal creek on one side of the property.

There are 5 wineries close to this property. Our favorite, Carlos Creek Winery has lots of live music, wood fired pizza, a wine tasting room and a brewery all on the same property.

We have security cameras on the back deck, below the deck, and front door.

Country Blossom Farm, where you can pick your own berries in June & July and take in the early fall activities starting in mid-August is 15 minutes away.

Trinity Lutheran Church in Holmes City (5 min away) hosts a breakfast alongside an amazing farmers market with produce, meats, cheese, arts, crafts and canned and baked goods.

The Alexandria area has great antique shops, dining, live music and summer activities.
