With views of the lifts and slopes from the Master and back deck, this newly remodeled split-level condo has all new furnishings, beds, and everything else you need for your group’s ultimate ski trip, mountain biking adventure or Utah National Parks getaway.

More than 1500 square feet of living space comfortably hosts up to 7 guests in the quietest part of the complex. Play in the snow right outside the front door or watch for chipmunks scampering from the trees!
Just 6 miles from the breathtaking vistas of Cedar Breaks, 29 miles from Zion, 35 miles from Dixie National Forest, and 80 miles from Bryce Canyon, our fully equipped condo is a perfect home base for your snowy adventure or Southern Utah Parks tour. The charming towns of Duck Creek, Parowan, and Panguitch are all within close driving range.

Spring and summer bring out one of the west’s best mountain-biking experiences, with the lifts servicing miles of trails for riders of all levels.

The comfortable and spacious living room features a luxurious, large new sectional sofa with recliners, a newly updated fireplace, 55” wall-mounted Smart TV with cable and stunning metal theme art that will set the tone for your adventure. The kitchen features full-sized appliances, and everything required to prepare and serve full-scale meals. There is a brand-new large-capacity washer-dryer and private gas barbeque.

The Zen-like first-level Master Bedroom has its own private lockout entrance off the back deck and has a new luxury King mattress and bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with tub and hot shower, backed by two water-heaters.

Three more bedrooms and a full bathroom await upstairs, along with a recreation loft that kids and adults will love. This area has a new comfortable Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV, board games, card games and computer/gaming desk. One bedroom is set up with a Queen bed, one with a Twin, and the third with Bunkbeds and a Twin. The wireless signal is strong, and you will have Netflix/Prime sign-in account access.

Brian Head is an easy 45-minute drive from Cedar City and just 3 hours from Vegas. Our condo is close to an excellent pizza parlor, exquisite Thai restaurant, Brian Head General Store, coffee shop, and new outdoor ice-skating rink. Everything you need to experience Brian Head to the fullest is within a short walk or drive, and there are dozens of pristine wilderness hiking trails nearby.

**Please note, the photo of the slopes is from the master bedroom...that staircase is the fire escape and NOT the entryway to the condo. There is a catwalk with a few shallow steps here and there leading from the parking area to the front door of the condo. You can view this catwalk in the photos of the fire pit area.
