Great Little Get-away

This was the perfect spot to stay in the Weaverville/Asheville area! The house was perfect for two couples to have plenty of space to spread out with great spaces to hang out. We loved the fire ring and enjoyed the cool mountain air. Was clean and well equipped for our stay. Location was great with very good restaurants nearby and close to Biltmore. Loved it! Would stay here again!

Cute and cozy!

Grove Cottage was perfect for our group of four women. Close to Asheville, and walkable to downtown Weaverville, it’s a nice, comfortable space with a fully outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the cute touches throughout the home and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

The best!

We enjoyed this little cottage so much! Immaculately clean which is always my number one issue. Great location , close to Asheville and Weaverville is a great little town too. Lots of room for the kids to play in the yard and the separate spaces upstairs and downstairs were great too. Two small complaints, the very limited plug ins upstairs and the fact they are 2 prong, as well as the water pressure is not amazing . Definitely not enough issues to take away from this amazing space though!

Misleading rating.

We loved the home. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The fenced in backyard was great, our son is a runner and that’s always a concern. We were able to relax while he explored outside. My only complaint were the beds were not quite comfortable but I think it’s more of a we like softer pillow top style beds and the listing and beds per room seemed incorrect. I would have preferred to give this listing a 4.5 but that option wasn’t available.

Weaverville

Stayed here for a wedding we had north of Weaverville. Quite and clean spot, little small but the house accomplished all that we needed for a quick stay. Wifi and entry clear and easy Property Management is a bit much, compared to other Vrbo's I have stayed at. They email you everyday, have you sign documents, they text you constantly, they even called me after I checked in and more contact after I checked out. Not ideal honestly and a bit excessive House also comes empty, no spare condiments or even seasoning for food. Just FYI

Lovely home!

We spent a long weekend in Weaverville in this beautiful property. There were 6 in our group, from age 12 to grandparents. We walked to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and explored the nature park. The guys golfed one day (there are several courses nearby) and the girls took a half day trip to DuPont State Forest to hike. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The downstairs is like a separate little living area with a bedroom, living room, and full bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and organized. We didn’t use the washer and dryer, but they were available. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. The check in process was simple through the rental company. We received an email with all the access info well before we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Grove St Cottage. It was extremely clean upon arrival! The beds were AWESOME! (Actually would like to know the brand). We all slept very well! An individual in our party was in a wheelchair. She was able to get all around on the top level of the house, including being able to go out on the front porch without any assistance! Neighborhood was very cozy and it was only a couple of blocks to downtown and groceries stores. Perfect location to take in the many activities in the surrounding areas. We were fortunate to be there when Weaverville was having their craft show. The restaurants were also wonderful. We recommend Grove Street Cottage to ALL interested parties! You won’t go wrong!!
