Hello! My name is Kim and welcome to my VRBO listing. My husband and I bought this townhome because we just LOVE Scottsdale and can’t wait to spend our winters here when we retire. In the meantime, we are currently living in Illinois with our best dog, Luna. We have two grown children and three grandchildren.

This townhome is so easy to live in. Having everything on one level is so convenient- especially being able to pull right into the garage and head straight into the house.
The neighborhood is lovely, clean and quiet. The location is awesome - so many awesome restaurants and places to shop and just enjoy the beautiful weather that Scottsdale has to offer.
