This Romantic Villa covers a total surface area of 90 m2 and has a private swimming pool ! It consists of two independent floors joined by an interior staircase .
At the first floor you will find a master bedroom , a fully - equipped kitchen for the preparations of meals and snacks . The open-plan living space includes the kitchen and living room , which has a comfortable couch and television , and provides direct access to all outdoor lounge areas and the swimming pool .
At the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with tub . All rooms have TV and AC .
This Chic Romantic Villa is ideal for families with children or small groops of friends , or even for romantic couple getaways !

Great outdoor space, very private

My wife and I spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week at the end of September in Villa Anemoni. I can only agree with all the previous reviews - the location of the villa was perfect for us (very quiet, but not secluded), the outdoor space where we spent most of the time was private, sunny, had a great swimming pool and a wonderful view. It is only a 5min drive into Nydri where you will find no shortage of good bars and restaurants. The short tarmac road up to the villa is not perfect but also not really a problem. Would definitely recommend Villa Anemoni and will look to return sometime in the future. Thanks Kleopatra for all your help and support.

Fabulous view

Spent the week sunning ourselves by the pool enjoying the views, with the occasional reconnaissance trip to the supermarket for supplies.

Beautiful Villa near Nydri

Perfect 2 bed villa - part of a 3 villa complex but no privacy or overlooking issues- important for me and my husband Welcome fruit water and rose wine was a lovely surprise and Kleopatra came and welcomed us on arrival Villa has a beautiful infinity pool and several terrace areas to sit and eat out The road to the villa isn’t great- lots of potholes but Nydri is 5mins drive away and a lovely little resort full of bars shops and lovely restaurants- Kleopatra gave us some recommendations and our favourite was Minas

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einem tollem Blick und schönen Sonnenaufgängen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und mit Geschmack angelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den leckeren Wein und den Kuchen zur Begrüßung! Wir haben uns sehr gefreut darüber. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre nicht schlecht - als kleiner Tipp!

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gebaut und sehr großzügig. Innen auf zwei Etagen, oben ein Schlafraum mit eigenem Bad und Terrasse. Unten ein weiterer Schlafraum mit eigenem Bad und Dusche sowie die Küche und Wohnraum. Auch ein Gäste WC ist vorhanden. Außen sehr großzügig, der Pool ist gut überlegt und man findet überall schöne Plätze zum entspannen. Der große fest installierter Sonnenschirm ist ebenfalls eine gute Idee. Ich kann dieses Haus immer weiter empfehlen. Auch die Reinigung des Hauses alle drei Tage sowie Reinigung des Pools hat sehr gut geklappt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
