wonderful big home ( 1560 sq feet ) ,in a cosey neighborhood ,4 bedrooms ,2.5 bathrooms , tv in every bedroom except the children bedroom , kitchen is fully equipped with all pots , coffee maker , washer and dryer , covered garage for 2 cars , near by is a great shopping area ,with large swimming pool looking out to an amazing lake . located in Kissimmee, 20 minutes from Disneyworld and universal studios.

Nice house

Nice house and pool. Close to the airport. Dated property and neighborhood is not the greatest but for the price you can’t beat it.

easy stay

just needed one night to stay basically just to sleep for a friends baby shower. wish we had time to enjoy the pool, full kitchen washer dryer even. Ahmed messaged me the afternoon of my check in to make sure everything was going alright. was only there for about 10 hours but i have no complaints whatsoever

Clean but not happy

we happy with the cleaning but the description says full kitchen fully equipment with cooking pots and jus has two Sartens when we call, he acts quick and just brought two more Sartens and small pots. we have one day without AC from early on the morning until midnight when we call, he came in the afternoon just check the thermostat and when we complain again, he not come until 9 PM and the problem was not fix until midnight. the checkout day we were late because all what happen the day before with the AC so we wake up late and the owner was very unprofessional and talk very on bad tone.

Graduation stay

Upon arrival we could not see the house number due to the overgrown bushes. Fortunately we remembered a previous post about a broke down uhaul in the neighbors front yard. The house was generally clean. The carpets on the stairs were stained and the bottom of the freezer had dirt all over it. When we arrived the thermostat was set to 64 so we contacted the owner. Her advice was to turn the heat on. There was no hot water in the kitchen and apparently a severe water leak in the wall in the garage. At some times all water pressure would drop upstairs and you had to wait for it to build back up. We did notify the owner of the leak but never heard back. The owner had a lot of personal items stored everywhere including Christmas decorations in the garage. All in all it wasn't a bad stay but there were many little things that need work. And this property is in the flight path of Orlando international Airport so there is a lot of air traffic
