This adorable home is conveniently located with views of the rims and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, gym and grocery store. Fantastic covered patio and fenced in back yard with BBQ and room for yard games. Clean and comfortable!

Great location for a visit with my grandmother

The property was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. We chose this location because it was close to my grandmother. We didn't use the property for more than just sleeping and morning breakfast. Otherwise we were able to walk to my grandmother's house and spend time with her and other family members..

There are few things that I might recommend; like a direction page for the remote control and how to work tv. also the way to use the retro microwave would be helpful.

Perfect place for a home away from home!

We were so thankful to find such a great place to stay for our Spring Break activities. It was so nice to come to a home after such long days out and about the town. We didn't have to worry about hearing neighbors talking or going about in the hallways, and I was able to cook actual meals for our family to sit down at the table to eat together! We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Great little house centrally located

We had appointment at billings clinic that is close by. Clean and comfy beds with a fully stocked kitchen.

Clean and Cozy

This home is by far one the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The landscape is gorgeous. The outdoor seating area is set up for comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked as if you are at home. Should we ever have a need to be back in the area, this will be the home we seek out. We truly appreciate the details and attention to cleanliness.

Cozy home

A well cared for older home, very comfortable and has everything I needed for a week of work away from home. The owner is readily available for questions and very responsive. Neighborhood is quiet despite central location.

Comfortable, cozy, 1950s home

This home was just right for our three day stay in Billings. The place felt like a warm hug from my past, and was decorated nicely with the added touch of live plants. The retro microwave oven took a little figuring out, but was a fun experience! I would definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Billings.

Nice stay

This home worked well for our 4 night stay in Billings. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home is slightly dated but all the essentials were present. It is in a nice central location. It was quite cold when were there but the outside back patio and yard looked really nice. The only concern we had was the fact that there were no smoke detectors in the home. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Cute and clean

Property was very clean and check in was easy. Main floor was wonderful. Off street parking was a plus. Basement bedroom and family room was not welcoming. TV system was unusable and property manager was of no assistance with TV.

Laundry instructions were to leave laundry in basket. There was no basket provided. Fenced yard and beautiful lawn. Quiet location with friendly neighbors. Friendly cat visit was star of the show! Watch your head while in basement! A second bathroom would be nice.

Nice Older home well stocked.

This is an older home with a great fenced yard and great covered patio. Love the patio at night. Quiet neighborhood. Nice bbq and all tools needed. The home has open concept. The kitchen hss every cooking and baking utensil you can imagine. Tons of spices. Stove and microwave are older took a while to figure out but worked great. Plenty of seating for 6 . House hss 1 bsthroom awesome water pressure. The house is decorated in country chic nicely. Light and bright. Hard wood floors throughout but pretty noisy. But beautiful. Only downside. The listing does not show downstairs bedroom photos. It meets basic needs but very dark and dreary old paneling and not much lighting. The game room listed is downstairs with not much lighting . The shuffleboard cues are broken basically a big open wide space but good place for kids to run around. No washer or dryer. But even with the negatives these are not a deal breaker. Everything else was fantastic. We stay her again.

Home away from Home

Comfortable, well provisioned, much better than expected. Many thoughtful extras & a neat patio with well kept lawns -- all of which we enjoyed immensely. Made for a terrific time visiting our family.

Comfy and homey

This property was perfect for us. The home was very comfortable, perfect size for my husband, son, and I. Very clean. I especially enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening. This place was centrally located - we couldn't have asked for a better location. Safe neighborhood

Clean and centrally located family home

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and therefore didn’t spend many waking hours at the house but if we had there were a few nice options of what to do. Our teenagers enjoyed the bowling game in the basement. The upstairs living room has a tv with a modest selection of dvds for all ages and a few board and card games on the shelf including Skipbo, scrabble, and cribbage. We loved the backyard with the covered patio and comfortable furniture and the ladder game and certainly would have enjoyed spending more time outside if we hadn’t been so busy. It was a small adjustment to share one bathroom with our teenagers while trying to all get ready at the same time but the bathtub was nice and we didn’t have any problems with running out of hot water and the shower was pre stocked with a few soaps/shampoos and other basic toiletries. Our only problem was that we ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find any to replace it our last morning at the house. The rest of the house was well stocked with coffee k cups for the keurig, a few bottled waters, easily accesible cleaning supplies, and extra blankets and towels. The microwave is quite old but functional. The fridge was clean and there was a toaster and keurig with a few tea, coffee, and hot chocolate choices. Upstairs, one bedroom with a king bed is across the hall from another slightly smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom is situated in between the two bedrooms. Our teenagers decided to share the quien bed across from the room where we were staying with the king bed because the third bedroom is the only bedroom located in the basement and they couldn’t agree on who should have to stay alone downstairs. The basement bedroom is a kind of strange shape but has a huge closet and a twin bed. Like the other bedrooms, it is clean and comfortable. There is one couch in the basement. The upstairs living room includes a couch and two armchairs. The wi-fi was fast. It was easy to find and get into the house and we appreciated being able to park under a covered carport in the driveway. This property is spacious and clean and a great deal for the price.

This was a nice house. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with spices. The cook ware was some of the best that I have seen. I would stay here again.

The home was all it was advertised to be. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
