Great location, very close to downtown and freeways. The owner was very accommodating and the process was easy even though I was a first time VRBOer.

Easy location & easy to access apartment. Cleaning was lacking though Kitchen, bedroom & bathroom were acceptable. Very comfortable living room, only ate breakfasts there so that worked well.Would rent again but bring my broom & duster:)

This is an apartment in an older house. It was a little small in some areas but very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. We loved Billings. There are a number of historic sites to explore fairly close to town. We added one extra day to the trip and went to Yellowstone. Overall, we had a great visit!

At least the bed was clean and comfy! And the room air conditioners work well. The shower was small but nice, until the magnet held shower head fell on me! The dishes were grimy, the oven doesn't work, there was trash in the kitchen trash, and guessing by the number of spiders and webs on the walkway and surrounding the door, they either haven't had guests for many moons or they're gearing up for Halloween!

Central location!

We enjoyed our stay in Billings and felt like it was a safe neighborhood. The living area was very cozy and comfortable. We had a few minor issues when we checked in but Sean and Jeremy were the best and addressed them very quickly.

Clean, comfortable upstairs apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment near the center of town! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the living room furnished nicely! I would be happy to do it again!

Great option for price vs hotel

The outside of property is run down but once you are inside it is fine. The mattress was very comfortable and the mgr was responsive and helpful. Overall great value - just needs a deep clean

The apartment was clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The host responded quickly to questions and concerns. There was a small issue with a short in the stove that caused a power outage but they responded quickly with maintenance and fixed the issue.

Clean house, comfy bed

Alright, from the beginning...I arrived in the middle of the night after driving 12 hours, so I wasn't interested in a complicated check-in. The access instructions were thorough and lock box was easy to find, I had all my stuff in and was settled in about 10 minutes. Nice clean place with good internet and complete kitchen with what looks like to be a brand-new stove. Windows open for fresh air and there are two A/C units as well. Plenty of games, books, and a desk to work at plus a TV that supports gaming systems. The bed was wonderful (I slept better here than my own bed at home) and there were additional blankets and pillows available. Plenty of towels and shower had shampoo and body wash. Just a couple of things I would advise to future users (and I am really nit-picking here) is that this space between the bathroom sink and the shower is narrow, and same with getting around the stove in the kitchen. Also, the unit as it is on the upper level of the house for those unable to climb a full set of stairs. Again, I am nit-picking as neither of these things were an issue for me. Truth is I completely enjoyed staying here and will try to book it again when I visit Billings. Thank you to the owner, I appreciated this quiet and comfortable option to an over-priced hotel room.

It was okay! Worked for my needs but could use some more care.

I had a work trip to Billings for 4 nights and wanted to stay in a home to have kitchen access, a cozier experience, and more space than a hotel. This apartment was overall fine for what I needed. It was neat upon arrival, check-in was easy, and it had lovely natural afternoon light in the living room. Things that would have improved my stay would have been more thoughtfulness around the guest experience. For example, there was no dish soap dispenser in the kitchen, no cutting boards, no scissors, and no cleaning supplies for general daily cleaning like wiping counters. There was a swiffer but no swiffer clothes. No windex or all-purpose-cleaner. The hand soap was also almost out as well was the body wash in the bathroom. I had to dig around and ended up finding an unopened handsoap and an empty dish soap dispenser to refill. The kitchen sponge was also pretty nasty and brown, so I bought and left a newer cleaner one for the next person. And the cupboard was a mess: spilled rice everywhere, 3-year old expired items - it just felt neglected and disorganized. I didn’t end up doing any cooking here but did clean out the kitchen pantry so the next person feels more inspired. Lastly, like I said it was neat, quiet, and worked for my needs! The apartment just could use a deeper clean as it definitely felt dusty around the corners and baseboards. I live in a 124-apartment myself so I happen to love old homes but some extra love and care would have made it more comfortable.
