Beautiful property and very clean. There were food and snacks upon arrival to help contribute to our stay. Our host was very vocal and kept in touch. We accidentally lost his gate key and he didn’t flip out at all. Very cool guy, very chill.

Interesting place

This is an interesting little place. It did the job, but wasn't what we expected. It's not in a residential neighborhood, but next to a Jack in the Box. We were a little put off by that, but in the end it was ok. Our intended destination was the Rose Bowl and it really was very convenient, as the apartment is very close. There were several issues that came up and the owner was incredibly responsive, so I give top marks for responsiveness. I left a list of items we noticed needed attention, which I imagine will be addressed given the high level of responsiveness from the owner. A couple things though - whoever lives upstairs walks very loudly, not all night, but until about 11pm. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The beds are fairly firm, so if you need a softer mattress, you can use the extra comforter to make a mattress topper and cush it up a bit. There are several items in the listing that are not quite accurate (e.g., there is no pool on site). There is a hot tub. There are a handful of other items like this in the listing so if you're looking for something specific, ask the owner to verify.

Mother and daughter reconnect wknd

My daughter and I got to the vrbo late in the evening. We were tired. We were so surprised to find a bottle of wine, snacks, apples, bananas , milk , eggs, juice , pop. We opened that wine up and ended the day in the hot tub. Which we repeated every night for the duration of r stay. We also each morning enjoyed r breakfast selection Nayan provided . A quiet safe place to lay ur head. Easy access to the express way.

Awesome host and excellent stay!

Nayan is an amazing host who truly cares about every guest and goes above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. We were there for a couple days for my girlfriend's birthday and he prepared a lovely birthday setup for us that was so nice! The outdoor area is awesome and we spent a lot of time out there each night. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. It was a bit far away from the city and the activities we had planned, but well worth it for the hospitality, comfort and private outdoor area. Thanks so much Nayan! :)

Nice Apt

House is beautiful … the outside setup is perfect for night time chill. Was under the impression this was a house and it is actually an apartment. Location is wonderful directly across from highway patrol off highway.

This home has got romantic vibes, got everything you need.. full kitchen, bar, fireplace, TVs, Patio, Washer/dryer.. Fire Pit, BBQ and Hot Tub. But most importantly its a peaceful retreat kind which is FWY accessible and close to everything... Hiking, shopping, nightlife.. Staying here is quite an experience!!

I also stock snacks, cookies, eggs, cereal, milk, fruits, water, drinks, tea/coffee and wine for my guests for their enjoyment!!
