Fantastic 2 bedroom 1 bath close to everything Deltona Florida and surrounding areas have to offer, with 2 queen size beds, a queen size couch pull out, and a twin size chair pull out, so it sleeps 7. It has central heat and AC and a large enclosed Florida room to enjoy the weather without the bugs. It has a full yard in front and back, not fenced and parking in the driveway for 3 cars as well as street parking. Dogs are allowed with pet fees no cats. Great sidewalks and accessibility for biking or walking all around.

Deltona 2 night stay

The property was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The shower water pressure was lacking and felt like the pressure you would get from a water hose. Communication with the owner was cordial until I asked a simple question about the need to help clean the property after paying a cleaning fee, I received a very passive aggressive response that left a bad taste in my mouth. The check in process said that the code would be provided in text or email, but it took me messaging the owner when we arrived to get the code.

Quiet, simple little house

This is a small, unassuming house that met my needs well. Good location for my activities and meeting up with friends and family. Will likely stay again.

I mentioned to the owner, the smell of the place being exterminated. Their response, its a nice day open the windows. Please. There were plenty and that is a generous description of the insect infestation this house has to offer.

Hi, We are the Finch family. We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us! We know that you can choose anywhere. We pride ourselves on making sure we have a desk/office area in each of our units, for those remote workers, as well as all the conveniences that make your stay more pleasant such as keurig coffee pots, high speed internet, smart tv's, and full kitchen set ups for hosting meals or staying in and eating healthy.
We had to travel a lot for work and would rather not eat out but eat in after long days, or have the potential to pack a lunch and have better food choices. We also just wanted to feel more at home than in a cramped hotel room. We enjoyed blessing small business owners instead of corporate hotel owners as well. We have many beautiful hikes around our units and fantastic restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
