Imagine a newly furnished quiet cabin nestled amongst the trees in Sevierville. This cozy 2-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway to relax in while offering close access to the best of Sevierville's restaurants, shopping, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We can't wait for you to make your own Smoky Mountain memories!

Contactless Check-in/Time
The cabin is equipped with a keyless entry. You will receive a 4-digit code for entry before your arrival. Check-in time is 4:00pm EDT.

Starter Kits
To get you started during your stay, the cabin has been stocked with: paper towels, toilet tissue, K-cups (one per guest), dish soap, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, and trash bags. This will usually last you about 2 days. Please pack or visit our local grocer if you know you will need more than what is supplied.

DO NOT FEED THE BEARS!
Bears are often spotted in our community. If you should spot one, NEVER try to feed or get close to one. Please educate yourself on how to conduct yourself if you encounter a bear before booking. We also ask that you do not inadvertently feed the bears. Keep all food and trash contained. Also as an extra precaution, don't leave food inside your vehicle and keep vehicle and cabin doors and windows locked.

Please remember that the cabin is in located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and so you may experience some of Mother Nature's "critters or insects". We do try our best to treat the cabin on a regular basis but it's not uncommon for them to slip back inside. No reduction of rent; rebate; or refund will be issued due to wildlife.

There is a Ring Flood light facing the parking area. This device records movement outside the cabin. This is provided for your safety as well as the safety of the cabin itself.

A signed Rental Agreement is required from Owner Rez after booking.

Spring Break

This week has been a blast! The cabin was very nice and very clean. It was quiet and peaceful. It had plenty of room and was stocked with all the essentials we needed to cook at the cabin. The kids complemented how comfy their bed was daily! 100% recommend!

Short stay

Cute place, good location but really disappointed with the hot tub being dirty. We stay in a lot of Vrbo’s because we travel for our kids sports a lot and just on vacations. This time I thought I might book a hotel for the first time in years but saw this place and the wife and I specifically book it because we wanted a hot tub to relax in. We arrive and checked the hot tub and it was dirty and not useable unfortunately. I did let them know and the property manager responded with an apology immediately so that was good. I didn’t ask for any type of refund but I would expect they would have offered something but didn’t. I hate it because it ruined the experience at this place considering it is a little further off the main section of Pigeon Forge and for the price we could have just stayed at the hotel and been closer.

Peaceful and clean

We needed time away alone and this was absolutely perfect in all ways! We shopped for groceries at a nearby grocery store and cooked at the cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for such a wonderful break!

Amazing!

We loved the cabin--it was even better than the pictures! The house was clean, new, and had great accommodations. There are 2 large decks and the hot tub was fun! The only piece of advice is if you prefer a softer pillow bring your own! :) Otherwise I highly recommend choosing this cabin for your next vacation!

Our Cabin is located in the Eagle Springs resort that provides paved roads throughout the resort. A community pool is available Memorial Day through Labor Day, as well as a picnic area.

Contactless Check-in/Time
The cabin is equipped with a keyless entry. You will receive a 4-digit code for entry before your arrival. Check-in time is 4:00pm EDT/EST
Where you relax: This cozy open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceilings, newly installed flooring and dining area welcomes you. The kitchen is equipped with the basics: electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Pots and pans, baking sheets, dinnerware set for 8 and flatware set are provided. Please feel free to bring your favorite appliance (Instant pot or Air fryer) to make your cooking experience complete. The dining area comfortably seats four. The living area has a smart TV to enjoy your favorite streaming service, two comfy sofas and an electric fireplace. Enjoy the outdoors in the rocking chairs, the outdoor seating or soak in the private hot tub.
Where you lay your head: Sleep in the privacy of your own bedroom, each with a king size bed, night table, and dresser. A wall mounted smart TV is also available for you to enjoy. The attached full bathroom completes your privacy experience.
Hot Tub: Please enjoy the hot tub responsibly and follow safety guidelines.
