The host wasn’t aware of our arrival, despite the payment having already been done, therefore she didn’t permit us to enter the house, since it was already occupied.
We have been left outside without any solution or alternative, at 7p.m.
We have been assured we’re going to get our payment back. Today, it has been five days waiting.
The host and the VRBO assistant have been polite but not resolutive, since we were forced to find a different accommodation very late in the day, and to pay 300€ more, for three nights, without nor the host nor the assistant proposing to find another accommodation or paying for the difference for us.
