Many Levels of fun for everyone! Retreat in a unique architecturally crafted cabin, located in Coolfont Mountainside. A-loft offers 3 well appointed bedrooms, master suite with king bed & a balcony w/ private hot tub, a fully equip kitchen, spacious living room with a new pull out sofa (Queen) & of course "A loft" w/ 2 floor mattresses and views. The community offers year round tennis/basketball courts, tot-lot, rec field, & hiking trails & Memorial day-Labor day a community pool & hot tub.
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your booking and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. Airbnb bookings will reflect this fee within the total booking price as there isn't a category line for the protection fee.

* Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.

*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY. You may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.

– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. We provide 1 bath towel and wash cloth per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a washer and dryer on-site.
Please be aware there is no street parking. This is a matter of public safety and Fire Code. Please Park in your driveway or at the extra parking spaces by the rec area of the community. Vehicles parked in the roadways may be towed and will be at the owner’s expense.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY IF ISSUES BELOW ARRISE: (please read the rental agreement in full to see all details)

- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking inside and/or smoking debris left outside for cleanup.
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $450 - frozen/locked HVAC unit (caused when the thermostat is lower than
68°F in the summer months and higher than 75°F in the winter months).
-$200 - Trash issues.
-$250 - Hot Tub issues caused by guests

- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash issues will be charged.

•TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES, WE ASK THAT OUR HOME BE LEFT IN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

FAQ:
- When is trash picked up?
Trash Collection happens on Tuesdays after 6:00am.
*Trash policy- Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all their trash including recycling items.
All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13-gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. The local trash company will not haul away loose left items, small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags.
Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and/or remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in additional charges not less than $200.00 for bagging and additional haul off.
The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/destruction doesn’t occur.

-What items can clog a toilet?
Our septic systems are fragile and items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Do not put anything in the toilet except for normal use of toilet paper.

- Can I send mail to the property?
USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS and FedEx may be able to deliver to your home (be sure to provide accurate address information). Note, Mountainside Getaways is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

- What are the community quiet hours? Are there any additional fees to use the amenities?
Quiet Hours are 11:00pm-8:00am. Community amenities are included in your stay. Please note that the community hot tub and pool are seasonal and only open Memorial Day-Labor Day. In the event of weather or maintenance needs, please note there will be no refunds given due for the community amenities since they are free for guests.

- When will I receive my check in instructions? What is the check in process?
A confirmation email will be sent 1-5 days prior to arrival. A door code/lockbox code will be included along with detailed driving directions as GPS isn’t always reliable in our area. *Please note if the rental agreement and arrival information form are not submitted to our company, we will be unable to send the check in instructions until both forms are completed and returned to our company.

- How many cars can I park?
You can park up to 5 cars on the driveway and additional cars at the community rec-area.

Phone numbers will be provided in your rental agreement, arrival information and your welcome sheet within your property.
Tennis courts, basketball courts, hiking trails, rec field, playground are available all year round to guests.
The Community Pool and Hot tub are available Memorial Day-Labor Day/this space is shared and open until Labor Day- There are restrictions in place for your safety.
The private hot tub at the cabin is available full time during your stay.

Community rules:

*Noise- This community is a peaceful and quiet community. After dark, noise levels must be kept to a minimum. *PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES AT ALL TIMES.
Noise complaints will result in guest fines and/or departure with no refunds. quiet hours must be adhered to. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns.
*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly.
*Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with CMA guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine
*Pet-Friendly Cabin- Pet debris must be disposed of properly. Pet’s must be on a leash when in the community. (see rental agreement for pet rules and details)
*Lights- Exterior lights must be turned off by 11:00 pm, when not in use, and at departure.
*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community, RV’s/campers are not to be parked in the driveways (overflowed parking is Available, please contact in advance for information). Vehicles are not to be parked in the roadways or in the grass. Driveway parking and overflow parking is available.
• Trash: ALL trash must be removed from the property, properly bagged, placed in exterior trash bin, & bin must be secured. * Absolutely No grocery bags, pet bags or recycling/loose trash are to be placed freely in the trash bin, ONLY Standard size kitchen bags (13 gallon or larger). If trash procedures are not followed there will be a min of a $200.00 fine.

The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/destruction doesn’t occur.
After booking and once we receive your email address we will send you our rental agreement. It will be emailed directly to you from our direct booking site. Once agreed upon and submitted back, you will receive your arrival instructions prior to your stay, which will include directions and access to the cabin.
Access will be self check in for your safety.
All rental agreement policies must be followed.
Offering 6 levels of space
Level 1- The Loft - with 2 floor twin mattresses for additional sleeping- accessed by a loft ladder style steps. (great for kids)
Level 2- The Living Room which offers a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a NEW washer/dryer
Level 3- Kitchen and Dining Room
Level 4- Bedroom 1- has a full size bed and twin bed (sleeps 3) and a half bath
Level 5- Bedroom 2- King bed (sleeps 2) along with a hot tub
Level 6- Bedroom 3- A bunk bed and additional twin bed (sleeps 3)

Views and fun from every level. Cabin is fully equip with all the essentials needed to getaway from it all!
Private Hot tub located off the master bedroom with a king size bed. Outdoors - a private wood burning firepit is offered as well.
Community pool and hot tub is shared and available Memorial Day- Labor day weekend, with guidelines in place for everyone's safety.
Aloft is located:
4 miles to downtown Berkeley Springs
1 mile to The Treetop restaurant and Berkeley Springs Brew Pub.
5 miles to the Cacapon State Park
Less than 10 miles to the Cacapon River for floating, boating, fishing, and swimming.
Less than 13 miles to the C&O Canal for biking and walking.

Fun Layout
Our Family had a nice peaceful stay. Cabin has an interesting layout. The kids had fun sleeping in the top loft. Overall, good for a weekend getaway or longer if exploring the area.

Fun house!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house is unique and fun, pretty well kept too. The only issue was a very clogged shower drain, and with a house full of people, it was an inconvenience since there was only one shower in the whole house. Overall I think this is a fun house for a weekend away with a group of relaxed people. Hot tub was fun, beds were comfy. It’s not luxurious but it’s fun and at a good price if you have a big group. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic time!
I stayed at Aloft with my girlfriend, my brothers amd their wives, from July 4th-8th. We all had such a wonderful experience there. The architecture is beautiful, the house is well kitted out with everything you need, the space is clean, and of course the hot tub on property is wonderful. We already can't wait to come back again someday!

Wow is about all I can say
What a horrible experience. From beginning to end. I’m quite convinced the positive reviews are from family. This place is disgusting. From the dead cockroaches on the kitchen table to the hair and ‘grit’ in the bed, to the vile plug ins that gave me a migraine, although I’m terrified at the smell it was actually covering. But it gets even better. It took 4 emails and a phone call to get these people to respond. Apparently they don’t work often enough to check email. We explained what we experienced and clearly expecting a very basic level of cleanliness is beyond their pay grade. Also showing any level of customer service is beyond their capabilities. This was a zero in every way. Dirty, disgusting, horrid service, and astounding incompetence. You’ve been warned.
