Bright & cozy renovated minimalist 2 bedroom home with two queen beds, & one twin bed, fully stocked kitchen & private deck with a grill to enjoy the beautiful pines. This little gem is located in a cozy & quiet neighborhood a short drive from historic mid-town shopping & bars! More fun awaits within a 10 min. drive to Inn of the Mountain Gods casino or to the Billy the Kid Racetrack & casino. This property is truly centrally located & equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay.
The space- Deck equipped with grill, table and chairs. Enjoy the peaceful outdoors as deer pass near by.

Please note this property does require climbing stairs to get into the house. Once in the house the home is one level.

Birthday Vacay

We loved the house! It was very comfy, cute and accessible by my car, which I worried about! The host was very unresponsive however & didn’t seem to know about/remember our booking. We had to call multiple times to get the check in information, otherwise no telling when or if we would’ve got it. Overall we very much enjoyed the house itself though, just sucked getting the run around!

Peaceful, clean, comfortable

The accommodations were just as seen in the pictures. It was very clean, everything worked. I was surprised about the stairs, but we managed. The beds were very comfortable and the check out made it all a great stay!

Short one night stay

Stayed here one night as part of a multi day road trip. Clean, cute, and beds were comfortable. Saw a bull elk in the neighborhood the next morning. A little hard to find in the dark, but mentioned a street side house number to the host

Hello! My name is Jamie and I will be hosting your stay. I have lived in Ruidoso almost my whole life. There are many things I enjoy about this special village and I hope you get to enjoy them during your stay also.

I host other properties that my husband and I own in town along with long term rentals in the area. I moonlight as an intensive care nurse PRN at our local hospital when they need me. The desire to host comes from a background in hospitality and I always dreamed of owning a hotel but these homes have actually turned out to be just what I was dreaming of!

And because life was not busy enough I also have two children that are amazing and truly make my life complete.

Thank you again for choosing to stay at our property and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

This home was purchased because I love the location. My husband and I actually looked at multiple homes on this street during our personal house search but nothing ever worked out. When the opportunity came to purchase this property I was truly excited to be able to share this area with guests. I grew up in the area when I was younger! It is close to the movie theater and a short drive to our midtown shopping area and restaurants. This is a quiet neighborhood and you will be sure to see deer very near the home. Enjoy relaxing on the deck as that is what visiting the mountains is all about!
