This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. No parties or large gatherings will be allowed. No smoking is allowed in or on the premises at any time. This home is located near the San Diego Airport and is near the flight path. If your group is sensitive to noise, this may not be the home for you.
Optional AC available, fees must be paid to use ($35/day). Please opt in during the booking process or call our office to pay and receive code for AC.
This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking. Please note that this home has a camera over the garage and at the front door.
