******Week Long Special If you're going to stay 4 total nights, we will honor 1 free night for the 5th night (for non-holiday/peak season reservations)!! You must contact me first to make sure we can approve your dates!! Dates must include 3 weekend nights, ie. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night and not available during holidays or with any other offer. After your dates have been approved, you can book your stay through VRBO. Once you've booked, let me know and I will adjust the total for the amount of the lesser night fee.****.

Nice spot to relax, near everything

This home is beautiful, it offered everything we needed for our stay. It is close to just about everything in Hochatown. Feels secluded with such a large yard, far enough from the main road that the noise is minimal. The pond had a lot of algae this time of year so not much fishing, but this place is quiet and has nice scenery.

My crew had a great time at this property! Jonathan was the perfect host! We checked in with no problem, property was clean and as pictured on the site, and check out was easy! My son and his friends enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and arcade game. They also hung out playing cards on the card table and ran around the yard having a water gun war. It was a very fun and relaxing getaway!

Great stay

Our family had a wonderful time! The house and rooms are very spacious. Our kiddos had a blast in the hot tube, playing with all the arcade games and all the other indoor and outdoor activities. The outdoor deck and bar area was a huge hit and a great space for everyone to hang and socialize. Jonathan was readily available and communication was excellent. There were a few minor things broken and he offered to have someone come out the next morning on a holiday weekend. Nothing needed to be addressed during our stay, but the fact he was even willing to send someone out was awesome. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this place to anyone looking!

Perfect amount of space for my family of 8. Not just beds but living areas and kitchen as well. The amount of things to do at the property were amazing. Hot tub, pool table, foosball table, games, darts, etc. and everything had the all the pieces and worked as they should! All the amenities you could ask for, this place delivered. Location is central to everything 10 mins to the lake and 15 mins to Broken Bow. Plenty of shopping and restaurants just mins away. This will be our choice location going forward.

Winter Getaway

You will not be disappointed from the moment you arrive, there is plenty to do without leaving the cabin, fishing, pool, soaking in the hot tub, watching deer or in our case, watching the Super Bowl on the outdoor bar TV!

We had an amazing time!!

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations! This house has everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean and the host communicated well throughout our whole trip. We texted him one night and told him the hot tub water had an odor(our fault bc we weren’t putting chlorine in it) and he had someone there early the next morning draining and refilling it. Can’t ask for better service. Some of the other reviews mentioned the fishing pond being mossy…my kids were a little bummed at first bc it was indeed to mossy to fish. They quickly realized there’s about 4 other ponds within waking distance and they fished all of the ponds all week. Caught some nice bass too! 10/10 we definitely recommend this place. It was our first trip to Broken Bow and we’ll definitely be back. This place will be our top choice!

Amazing home

This home has everything you need and want in a house—several different options for activities and variety for all ages. You can have people in the hot tub, grilling out, playing poker, and listening to music without being on top of each other. This is one of my favorite homes to visit. We will be back soon.

Awesome Location & Cabin

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at this cabin for our family reunion. It is perfectly located in the heart of town and has ample room for a large group (8 this year and 10 last).

Weekend with friends

I highly recommend this beautiful property for a nice getaway in the woods of Hochetown. We had a lovely couples weekend with friends and really enjoyed the many areas of the home. From the large kitchen and dining area to the detached game room and outdoor fire pit, there is so much room to hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Our host, Jonathan, was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. This is a perfect place for family or friends to gather and have fun.

Summer Trip

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. The house was spacious and well maintained and the property has a lot to explore. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The property is close to everything and owners are incredibly responsive to questions and issues. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely best cabin for family

This cabin has become an absolute must for our annual family vacations. If it is booked when we want to stay we change our trip so we can stay here. Very clean, comfortable, and lots of things for the entire family to do. Located on a huge quiet lot. Hosts are very friendly and really care about your experience during the stay.

This is our family of 4 (#5 coming in late '22) that loves the cabin as much as you will! We're from California, but escaping the madness in 2023 and relocating to Wilmington, North Carolina. We fell in love with Broken Bow since there's nothing quite like this where we live (near the beach).

In total, my wife and I have 8 siblings between us, so we're always thinking about BIG comfy spots to cater to larger groups/families. We recently bought the property in Feb '22 and immediately fell in love with this place. Right after we got the keys, we drove 3,000 miles (round trip) with our twin 2 year olds and spent a few weeks out there getting to know the property/area and spent time sprucing it up. We can't wait to come back if we can find a week we aren't booked!
