SCAMMERS
charged our credit card and we didn't even stay 5 minutes in their property because of the confusion of two listing, tried to communicate with host, but she kept insisting to cancel the minute we walked into the property and came right back out, website doesn't allow to cancel the same day only host has the power, she kept insisting to call VRBO, customer service instructed us to contact the host, going back and forth, I ended the message conversation a little frustrated due to my relative had just had a kidney transplant and was getting a little restless and in pain, but the host had no compassion in the situation, i called VRBO the next day, same reason, host has to cancel, the following day I tried customer service, they spoke to the Mr. and they cancelled the 3rd day, and still no refund after 11 days, these host are very unreasonable and not very sympathetic
