(Please Read Before Booking: There are two separate construction projects taking place. Our pool and beach access are currently closed until further notice and undergoing a complete restoration. There is a charming beach access 800 ft south of the condo at Seagull Park Beach. Beginning Nov 2023 to June 2024, we will be installing a mandatory fire sprinkler system throughout the building. We have blocked the dates the specific unit is impacted, but you may be impacted by noise during the duration of this project. If you are booking this property, you are acknowledging the current property status and understand your rates have been updated to reflect these amenity closures.)

This beachfront condo is an ideal home base for your next beach vacation! Enjoy a glorious multi-angle view of the beach from your screened balcony! It's easy to relax when you have central air-conditioning to help out, and the design includes plenty of windows to let in natural sunlight. Enjoy cooking together in the fully equipped full kitchen, complete with full-size appliances and cooking tools to help you out. When you're ready to wind down for the evening, each bedroom features a ceiling fan and room-darkening shades to help you wind down in peace. Extra perks include beach towels and convenient elevator access.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

needs work

property still under constrution, no pool no deck. this has beenm ongoing for the last 2 years i've staye on this property. put in a cll on the refrigeraator and was never adressed by any repairman. Called about a late night call I received from vacasa and I never got an answer back on why.

Weekend getaway

The property is a great location. The condo is clean and cozy. Unfortunately due to the construction the beach access was closed. It was a few blocks to get to the public access.. but all together a great experience. I will definitely consider visiting again when the construction is completed.

Vacay

We haven’t gotten away with our kids in quite a long time. We are from Melbourne and the room was convenient to everything we needed. The view was incredible and peaceful. We had a great time.

Awesome View

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Keys to condo were not where we were told they would be. Called Vacasa and was told they would put in an order about it. We checked in about 45 minutes and the keys were where they should have been earlier. There was no followup from Vacasa to make sure we got into the condo. The condo could be really great with a bit of attention. The lighting throughout was very poor; water dispenser in fridge only worked intermittently; patio door blinds didn't work; queen top sheet on a king bed; guest bathroom shower leaked. Construction noise didn't make for a relaxing time on the balcony. Once the construction is done and the pool is in (which we were led to believe would be done by our arrival date) this will be a great place.

Fantastic ocean views without leaving the condo. Once construction is complete and easy access to the ocean is available, this will be a true 5 star destination.

Beach Condo

Great beach location. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The condo was perfect! Some may say it needs a update, i say it's charming. Only negative is no beach access due to construction. Would love to come back when project is complete.

Just what I needed

The condo was clean, the view was amazing! It was peaceful and quiet. I stayed on the weekend, so there was no construction noise. The tractors were beside the building, so no view obstructions. It was a quick and painless walk to the ocean. I would highly recommend this property.

Shouldn't be rented while construction is going on

When we rented this unit, the description said about construction going on from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 4:00; since we were staying on a weekend and a holiday Monday I didn’t think it would be a problem, however we were awakened every morning, one day before 8 to the sound of hammering and drills right outside our window every day we were there. The day we arrived the bathroom in the hallway was locked with the light/fan on, and we could hear the toilet was running. I called and I was told someone would come to fix it. Nobody showed up or called. We couldn’t sit on the balcony since things were flying from the second floor, it was dangerous. Workers on upper floors were literally tossing window frames down in front of the balcony to the ground. The drilling and scraping was showering paint chips, debris and stucco onto the balcony while we were sitting there. On Monday (Labor Day) morning, the balcony was showered in bits of orange sealant or caulking they were using. There were many issues with our stay and even though we paid for an extra night we left earlier. This is a beautiful location but it shouldn’t be rented as is right now, I believe it was mis represented causing our vacation not to be as peaceful and enjoyable as were planning.

OUTSTANDING VIEW

THE CONDO AND BUILD IS VERY DATED. OVERALL IT WAS A NICE AND QUIET STAY. DIRECTIONS ON THE LOCATION OF LOCK BOX WOULD OF BEEN HELPFUL. THE VIEW AND LOCATION WAS AWESOME.THE CONSTRUCTION WASN'T A BOTHER. THE WORK CREW WAS VERY QUIET.

Deceptive description and many strange circumstances

Cleanliness: Pictures available for all of this. Cabinets had insect waste. Drawers, baseboards and shower corners need to be scrubbed much better and more often. There was a large clump of hair dried on the baseboard in the master bathroom entryway that was clearly visible. Couch and other furniture creases and cushions need to be cleaned. There was also what looked to be a snot stuck on the wall in the master bedroom on the wall at eye (nose) level. Seems like the person cleaning must have poor eyesight or attention to detail. Condition of Property (Maintenance, quality of furnishings, amenities, etc.) 1 of 5 stars. Generous! Furniture was comfortable. Counters and bathrooms have been partially updated. More needs to be done to finish those projects. This property has such potential but the overall condition shows a lack of maintenance over decades. We were very disappointed overall. We feel like the description of the unit was misleading and did not represent the property at the time of the rental honestly. It listed that there were laundry and pool available in the main body. They were both closed and there was exrensive and noisy construction going on from early in the morning theiughout the day making it impossible to enjoy being there. It became a sleeping location basically and we had to leave the property each day as soon as we could. Painting and sanding caused a great deal of noise, duat and fumes. (This was NOT a latex or low voc paint and was hard to

Falsely advertised

This is a nice place but just not right now. This property lists as an ocean front with pool condo. 1. Ocean front yes however there are 2 tractors parked directly off the balcony. You can literally touch them because they are so close. 2. The construction noise was so loud from 8am till 5pm 3. Absolutely no pool at all. It had been removed. Absolutely no beach access. You are required to walk or drive roughly 3 football fields down the highway to get to a public beach access. If you're carrying large surfboards like we were you will probably have to drive. 4. The Internet was in and out the entire time 5. The t.v did not work at all. 6. There is nowhere to hang out around this property without hearing lots of noise and facing dangerous obstacles. To top it all off we walked back into our room an hour before check out and the cleaning lady was already cleaning our house. The elevator was past inspection period.

Girls weekend

My cousin and I had a delightful weekend. Great location nice and clean and the construction that was going on. Wasn’t too bad because we didn’t get there till mid day Friday and then they broke for the weekend. We hope your building and the seawall gets repaired, so you can enjoy the complex next season.

Wonderful condo with minor kinks

The condo itself was absolutely amazing and all accommodations were met. Be aware that there is a coffee pot and not a keurig so make sure to by ground when doing your essential shopping! The only real complaint with the condo was that none of the TVs worked. :( The remotes wouldn’t work with the TVs either so we just watched stuff on our phones. Everything else was fantastic! As for the condominium, just a couple of things to be aware of. The entire condominium is undergoing reconstruction and there is no beach access. You will have to travel from the condominium to the free beach access locations. There is also no pool as this is part of the construction. The construction crews are very respectful though and shut off equipment when their not using it and also do no start loud construction until after 8AM!
