Renovating this cute Bungalow has been a lot of fun. I lived in it for 10 years.
Lake Carolina Community is amazing with a Lake , walking trails, bike trails, events, parks, pool and Town Center. Every Thursday they have the Farmers market in the Town Center. There are restaurants, nail spa, pet store, convenient store and much more there.

I love this home for many reasons. Some reasons are... it has 11 ft. ceilings and no carpet. Floors are beautiful dark hardwood. All modern appliances with large farm sink. Amazing lighting and very cool old Savannah brick that starts in the living room and wraps around to the back bedroom. It has a cool private office if you need to work.
Star gaze on the private white stone patio with oversized fireplace. Wood is provided for fire.
Drink your coffee and listen to the birds sing while swinging on the front porch.
I am the second owner of this lovely bungalow. This house has always been filled with love and laughter.
