Our home is nestled between Edgehill and the Gulch, top trending neighborhoods sitting between Nashville's two top neighborhoods: Broadway (downtown) and 12th South. The location truly does not get better.

We encourage guests to thoroughly read our guidebook for GPS instructions to find our home. It's not difficult to find, but sometimes Maps makes it a little tricky, so we have spelled out some specifics.

You will access our home via a keypad, with a code that we send you the day of arrival. Easy access!

Nashville has great restaurants, concerts, activities, and bars. But this home is so stunning, you will not want to leave. We brought in local Nashville interior designer Thea Blehm to curate the essence of Nashville, with pops of Johnny Cash, June Carter Cash and Loretta Lynn, thrifted antiques, and neutral, earthy tones. Perfect for hosting your family or friends, we have put in thought to make your stay in Nashville memorable, comfortable, and photo-worthy. Sink into our cozy couches in our living room by our fireplace, enjoy a drink from the fourth-floor wet bar on our rooftop deck, relax in our Master bed standalone tub with city views, or host a dinner in our fully equipped, brand-new kitchen.

Uber and Lyft are super easy and affordable. You can also just walk to the Gulch.

No such thing as the Folsom Prison Blues in this true Nashville home. The only blues you'll have are from the neon sign in the entry way and the feeling you'll have when it's time to check out.

The master bedroom is located on the third floor with a king bed and attached bathroom.
The secondary bedroom is located on the third floor with a king bed and attached bathroom.
The bunk room is located on the second floor with two full size mattresses and a full bathroom across the hall.
The fourth bedroom is on the fourth floor with two twin beds and an attached walk-in closet and bathroom..
Our fourth floor loft also has a sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests.
