OVERVIEW: Welcome to Poynter's Square! Spacious Dewey Beach Townhouse- walk to the beach and all things Dewey! Clean and spacious five bedrooms plus loft area will comfortably sleep twelve people. The large eat-in kitchen accommodates thirteen people, a lovely living room with plenty of seating, and a balcony overlooking the pool area. Perfect after a long day at the beach.
LOCATION: Located in the Forgotten Mile, this property is within walking distance of several restaurants open for lunch and dinner. It is only a ten-minute walk to Dewey Beach and all the nightlife. Downtown Rehoboth is just a trolley ride away if you would like to enjoy the famous boardwalk. This is a perfect property for your summer destination!
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles. There is no overflow.

THINGS TO KNOW: This townhouse rents from Friday to Friday. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package for guests. A dog has been on the property, but this is not a pet-friendly rental. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Huge Townhouse with Pool

Fully stocked house with beach chairs and toys, toilet paper, cleaning supplies including dishwasher detergent, and laundry products. Great kitchen with everything you can need. No Keriug machine. Fantastic porches with easy access to community pool shared by 11 homes. No linens or towels included so bring your own. We rented from the service and they got a few things wrong and only provided one towel per person. The listing has an error: There is a bunk bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms with a twin top and double bottom. And 5 twins on the fourth floor, which is kind of an open space.

Family vacation

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was better than we imagined. It’s very accommodating for a large family. It’s a short walk to the beach. We loved it!

Great location and size

A group of friends and our infant children just finished our stay here. The property is very conveniently located and the access to both the beach and communal pool were big pluses. The house was largely in good shape, however the air conditioning on the upper floors was not working when we arrived, the wifi only worked intermittently, the water pressure was weak in some showers, and there were a few maintenance issues like loose doorknobs and a broken faucet. The landlord was quick to respond to fix the a/c by the next day but could not help us with the wifi. The remaining issues were not huge and could likely be fixed in the off-season. Overall, the space was fantastic with our group and our stay was enjoyable despite the issues mentioned above. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
