STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY (MANTÉNGASE LEJOS DE ESTA PROPIEDAD)
This is truly the most awful rental property I've ever dealt with.
First about the property: there is no Wi-Fi, there is no hot water connected to the apartment at all, the appliances do not work they're all broken, and the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and two of them don't work so the remainder of the house is extremely extremely hot it's hotter inside the house than it is outside.
About the management: Louis will tell you whatever he can to get you to rent the property and then once you make that payment you're screwed. He's extremely unprofessional and very ignorant. The onsite manager is a drunk who will walk in to the apartment without asking. He claimed be has no friends and they we are his new friends. Very uncomfortable. Please people stay away. VRBO told me they have had many complaints about this property and that it should not be listed anymore.
