Secluded Villa: Pool, Fire-pit, 5min to the beach!

Tres Tierras is a 0.9-acre complex that houses 2 homes, one is the 2 story rental Villa and the other one is the owners 1 story contemporary house. Both homes separated by the pool and a large 2 story socializing area that provides great privacy. The socializing area has a gas grill and a charcoal BBQ pit ready for you to cook your favorite foods! The 2nd floor is great for watching sunsets and chilling out in the swing chairs!

Tres Tierras is off the highway 200 yards in, you might hear occasional highway traffic at peak hours when you are outside, but inside you will fall sound asleep protected by our thick glass windows and heavy block wall construction.

You will have brand new kitchen appliances to use including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine and blender. There is a private parking area for your car and the Villa is fully fenced with a secure entrance.

The pool is 25ft (7.5 mt) long and 14ft (4mt+) wide and 4ft (1.2mt) deep throughout, the pool is well lit at night if you want to take an evening swim.

Internet is accessible with ethernet and WIFI connections, access points have been installed in each room and living area so that you can move around without losing signal, great for those working at home!

Tres Tierras is in the Playa Cerritos neighborhood and is at a 5 min drive to the best surf spot in Baja! I don’t suggest you walk to where surfing is practiced especially if you are carrying a surfboard (1 mile away approx.) If you are just looking for the beach, it’s only a 10 min walk. There are plenty of places where you can rent chairs and umbrellas, they are typically located near the surf spot area, they will charge a fee for all day rental (typically till 6pm but could be earlier in winter).
